We capitalize all the first letters of all the words when writing menus in order for the
reader to easily see it, so as to keep them from glossing over the whole menu again.
Also to show important words in the Menu.
2. What should you keep in mind as you draw up menus for a meal? SUN
As we make our Ala Carte menu choices, we have to consider the food costs, ease of
preparation, the easy to read format and of course the kind of food that we will serve.
As we draw up menus for a meal, we have to consider the balance of food choices.
The foods in a meal should be in a good combination to make it taste good. Also, it has
to have complete nutrients considering that breakfast is the most important meal of the
day.
