Logistics and Costumer service are connected to each other, customer service in
logistics is the key to success. Logistics is in charge to the process of physical flows of the
raw materials and finished goods from point of origin to the point that it meets the
costumer while the Costumer service is the interaction between the buyer of a product
and the company that sells it, that’s why logistics and customer service have vital role to
each other they’re both major goal is to enhance the customer satisfaction and
customer retention by providing efficient services. Having a good logistics means also
having a good customer service because one of the major objectives of the logistics is to
meet the satisfaction of their costumers by means of fast transaction, reliable and
consistent in terms of delivery performance, minimum damage of the product and good
conduct of delivery personnel’s that result to good costumer service. They are a
combination of activities that enables a business firm to show more value to their
buyers and costumers.

2. Describe the role of logistics in the economy and organization. (150-200 words)

Logistics have huge impact to our economy, businesses and organizations. That is
because all economic activities success is all depends on how efficient their logistics are.
Our economy moves, grow and evolve because of industrial structures which are the
business that provide people’s needs that’s why logistics have a major role on it.
Logistics are the key point for business success that’s means without good logistics the
growth of our economy will be slow too also the delivery of products like to carrying out
products from other places or provinces, manufacturing and selling products to the
public will be delay too that’s means money flow of economy will go slower. Also, the
investors from other countries will not consider our country because we have bad
logistics that is one of the things they consider before they invest because it very
needed and important for internal and external imports of products.
