Narrative Report

At the very moment after I heard from my teacher that case study is our final
output, honestly at first, I feel relieved because I thought that it was easy like the usual
case study we’ve done before but I was wrong. After I saw the guidelines with seven
chapters I knew it that it will be difficult. What excites me is the interview part because
as a person who doesn’t really like socializing with strangers and making the first move
to talk its really a challenge for me and I see it as an opportunity to try new things and
go out to my comfort zone.

The given duration of time to do it was quite long but I only got a chance to do it
for a week and half because I got sick and was not physically and mentally prepared
that’s why I feel like I rush on doing it. The content of my case study analysis is not
perfect but I give my best to do it on how I know and understand doing it. I learn a lot
while making it, it’s not just like the usual problem solution concept, in this you really
need to give many alternatives and evaluation each of it and follow the proper planning
on choosing the right action to solve the problem.

The respect I have to business owners increases because the risk their taking is
really big, I could never make it if it was me. It takes a lot of courage to put up the
business and face all the responsibilities it brings. You need to be smart, wise and
innovative if you what to succeed and survive in this industry. So, making case study
plan every time their making a huge changes, decision and solution making for their
business are really necessary it increases the chance that it will have positive outcome.
Every action you would make you should think of it as many times as you can to be sure
that all will went well.
