Assignment 5

Ans 1. I was really drawn to this company when I first

came across an interview with the CEO about her
experience founding it. Her reflections on work ethic and
creating a healthy work-life balance really resonated with
my personal and professional values. The most common
reason to apply for this job is I’m interested in the
responsibilities of the job.
Ans 2. Yes I have done that job before. I was in company
where the environment was very good. But I left that job
because I want to grow my carrer which cannot be
possible in that company because there are very less
opportunities there.
Ans 3. My name is Swapnil Behal. I have lot of good
qualitites.
You should hire me for my passion and proven abilities in
organization for office efficiency. I pride myself on my
time management, coordination and interpersonal skills.
In my previous role as an administrative assistant, I came
up with a plan to reorganize the office supply closet by
category. We placed fewer orders and saved 30% on
office supplies year over year. I’m excited to bring my
skills to this role.
Ans 4. I enjoy going for a walk, or for a hike in the nature.
As a market research analyst I spend most of my days in
front of a computer, which obviously isn’t the healthiest
thing. That’s why I try to minimize the screen time when
outside of work, to give my eyes and my back a rest that
they deserve. Basically you can say that I enjoy being
outside and moving when I am not working.
Ans 5. I enjoy it, because I tend to be indecisive. In a
group we can discuss different aspects of the problem
we’re working on and come to an agreement on the best
way to handle it. No one person can be singled out and
attacked for the decision, either, because we all worked
on the assignment together.
Ans 6. I am someone who has faced a lot of criticism
since childhood. During maturing, I came to terms with
two important things.

You can not please everyone.

Criticism is a part of your actions for which they have no
definition.
Now, when anyone criticizes me, I switch ON my C&C
(calm and compose) MODE. I listen to them and start
comprehending the predicament of the person who is
criticizing me. I realize they must be going through a
tough phase if i find their criticism is a
miscommunication. If the criticism seems true, I
eventually change myself.

But one thing to note is, I don't heed to everyone's

criticism.

Building a Wall across you is important. It will help

analyzing whose criticism is for the good and who are
just trying to get into your mind.
Ans 7. I have worked as a Palletized Operator in Fiera
Food Company for a year along with many other small
scale jobs. This is a kind of job I always wanted for myself
and the biggest thing it would bore me is satisfaction.
Ans 8. This area of work is my strength and I can give my
best when doing what I enjoy doing.

Ans 9. To be honest, although sometimes my accuracy

decreases but my speed increases. The positive aspect I
have when working under pressure is that I don’t get
pressurized easy. I am able to keep my calm for quite a
long time and manage to achieve all tasks in the destined
time.
Ans 10.
I have been a very regular and punctual member. I only
remember having taken two holidays that is when I
caught a severe cold along with fever as I was not very
used to the winter here due to which I couldn’t complete
two sentences with coughing. With the grace of gob I
haven’t have had any serious accident or injury.
Ans 11. No Fortunately nothing like ever happened.
Ans 12. I was seeking for a job that I would enjoy or
appreciate in order to make my days less exhausting so
that I could focus more on my studies and feel
comfortable with each subject. I decided to take some
time off of work as a result.
Ans 13. I want to finish my IT diploma, pursue a second
degree in the same programme, and work for a reputable
company.
Ans 14. My propensity for doing well under pressure has
enabled me to handle the most difficult situations
without panicking.
Ans 15. Even though I don't get angry easily, when I do, it
overwhelms my intellect, and I still find it difficult to
control it. This is one of my weaknesses.
Ams 16. He was a very enthused, animated, and jovial
man who knew how to get the best out of his workers.

Ans 18. I loved that it didn't require a lot of labour, so I
didn't have to work myself to death to make a little
money and could use that energy to study.
Ans 19. As I previously stated, I intended to take a
vacation, focus more on my academics, and look for a
career that I would enjoy.
Ans 20. I wish to complete my diploma in Business
Diploma and then do a further degree under the same
and work in a well-known firm.
Ans 21 I have experience working with a wide range of
technology, including computers, hardware repair
equipment, and all the equipment found in a food
company.
Ans 22 I am not looking for anything extravagant just
something around $17 an hour.
Ans 23 I appreciate that you are a locally owned business
with a passion for craft and community. Your
commitment to cultivating an environment that values
your work as well as this city is so inspirational to me. I
feel like the culture here focuses on healthy balances and
hard work, creating a family dynamic that really inspires
collaboration. I'm a big believer in working within a team
to develop new and creative solutions, which is why I
think I'd be a valuable member here.
Ans 24. I think I have mentioned all of my skills. And
these skills are one of my best skills.
