ACTIVITY 9

Answer the following:

1. Discuss how important a motivated person is in accomplishing work.
- Think about a worker that lacks much enthusiasm for their job. They're presumably
working at a slower pace, avoiding duties, and wasting time on their phones. However,
they lack enthusiasm and are largely distracted in their tasks. A motivated employee, on
the other hand, is enthused, determined, and takes pride in their work. They do jobs
swiftly for the benefit of the business as well as themselves. Employee motivation is
crucial regardless of where your business is in its development. The degree of devotion,
desire, and energy that a company's employees bring to the position every day is, in
addition to other factors, the secret to the success of a business.

2. Choose a type of business and match appropriate motivation technique.

- Because I'm pursuing a bachelor's degree in the hospitality sector, I would like to work
for a fast-food franchise or restaurant. I may implement an open conversation policy
between my employees and management, which is a motivational strategy I will soon
develop with my employees so I can start my own firm. I encourage my staff to
communicate ideas, objectives, and constructive and unconstructive criticism. Employees
feel appreciated and significant when I pay attention to their opinions and consider their
input. Important employees are typically more driven to provide high-caliber work. I'll be
on the lookout for workers with exceptional abilities and entrepreneurial dispositions.
Giving them more duties and working with them to advance them into management roles.
