1. Why is passion such an important characteristic of successful entrepreneurs? What is it about

passion that makes it particularly compatible with the entrepreneurial process?

 Passion is a unique trait that not everyone gets the opportunity to feel. When someone is
stated to have passion, it suggests that they are motivated and enthusiastic. Passion may be
expressed in a variety of ways and in a variety of contexts. The term "passion" is defined in
numerous ways in the vocabulary, including as a strong feeling such as love, hate, joy, or rage.
Successful entrepreneurs are specialized sorts of leaders with a certain set of leadership
attributes that enable them to accomplish what they do best-motivate people.

2. What evidence do we have that debunks the myth that entrepreneurs are born, not made?

 In reality, a more reasonable conclusion would be that entrepreneurs are born and therefore
not made. One quality that a potential entrepreneur should be born with is intellect. One must
be intelligent in order to be fit to take on this task. Entrepreneurs are required to have that
specific talent and ability to perform what they are assigned and to grasp the areas in which
they need to grow, as well as the ability to conceive about how he or she would be productive
in various scenarios.

3. Some people start their own firms to pursue financial rewards. However, these rewards are often
far fewer than imagined or expected. Why is this so?

 The typical business owner does not earn more money than someone in a regular job who has
equivalent levels of responsibilities. As a reason, when they establish their own businesses,
several people are disappointed by the absence of big financial rewards. This upward potential
is what makes entrepreneurship so alluring financially.
