RECOMMENDATION

The researcher recommend the following after through study:

Since, majority of the respondents patronizing of food house are teenagers or “millenials “ it will be

best for the food house to maintain its products and services to maintain its business standing with its

competitors. The food house should maintain the price of the food, food and beverages quality, ambiance

of the establishment, and service to the customers. It is also profitable for the firm come up with

advertising campaign to market other customers.

Future researchers should conduct another study to monitor the status of the food house in satisfying its

customers. The researcher should know the growing business in food industry in terms of competition and

modern changes how it is deals with economic changes.


STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

 The following will address the solution of customers satisfaction.

 How would you rate the price of food.?

 How would you rate the service of the food server?

 How would rete the freshness and taste of food?

 How would you rate the linguistic skill of the employee?

 How would you rate the beverages or drinks?

 How would rate the ambiance of the place?

 How would you rate out staff hospitality?

 How would rate our food house in public areas?

 How would rate the value for the price paid?

 How would rate the food house ability to provide a relaxing atmosphere?

RESEARCHER MATERIAL

The Researcher have used such an article and books to support the conducted study and to elaborate more

details to fill in the depth to this study and the related literature about food house Filipino style.

The Researcher will be a survey questionnaire to determine the number of satisfied customer with the

food houses of Ballesteros Cagayan.


RESEARCH DESIGN

This research use simple statistic , frequency distribution and percentages is applied in determining the

factors affecting customers ‘ Satisfaction of Food house ( Filipino style ) in Ballesteros , Cagayan.
RESPONDENT OF THE STUDY

The target population for this research define include the respondent of the town of Ballesteros, In this

study, The accessible population comprised all the respondent in Ballesteros, Cagayan.

CONCLUSION

The reasons why for the people ‘s food choices are complex and results from the interplay of several

influence throughout various factors influence people’s food choices , investigators have not considered

the diverse elements affecting the methods or the procedures the people employ for selecting healthy

food in the context of food houses.

On the basis of the significant findings of the study, therefore we conclude that the following are

considered to be factors affecting customer ‘s satisfaction in food houses at Ballesteros ,Cagayan:

*Price of the food.

*Service of the crews.

*Freshness of the food.

* Linguistic skill of the employee.

* Beverages and drinks offered.

* Environmental factors/ ambiance.

* Hospitality of the staff.

* Location of the study.


Based on the above factors , the satisfaction of customers of food houses are based on the quality of the

meal paid, ambiance of the collection
