This is similar to the patient population and will be called provider network , provider network widget needs to be

We add Agencies - Don't put Member Affiliation - It is automatically created. Need to put NPI.
We add agency - If information on following then updates, then it is OK - State Licence, Tax ID,
Medicare Number, Medicare PTAN, Medicaid Number, Primary taxonomy, Secondary
Taxonomy.
Add Admin - SSN, Group Name, Group Number.

HR Manager - Care Resource, Compliance, Manage User Network.

In case we do no email no call for a provider. Then even if he fills the notification phone number
no notification would go to him.
