to learn from one another. It is an essential tool for professionals to learn how to manage creative
teams, projects, and teams of different kinds of people. I will explain the key features of MSLCE
and the advantages it has on the students. Those students who are pursuing MS in Leadership and
Culture will be able to learn, grow in knowledge in terms of professionalism and even their life
MSLCE program appeals to me in a very positive way due to its associated benefits. The
knowledge and skills that comes along when a student pursue this program makes me a strong
candidate. Thus, there are numerous opportunities for me and other students in the MSLCE
program to meet and learn from some of the most prominent figures in the creative industry.
Some features come along with MS in Leadership for Creative Enterprises, which include: First
and foremost, a curriculum that focuses on areas such as marketing, finance, entrepreneurship,
leadership, analytics, and law that are specifically designed for the creative sector. Secondly,
collaboration with other organizations and professionals in the Chicago area and other creative
capitals of the United States. The summer internship, project, or thesis adds a third dimension to
the curriculum. For the fourth time, students can begin the program in September or January. A
The MSLCE program will further my career goals such as better networking. I believe
that there will be opportunities to connect with other professionals in this field. My intention to
apply for this program is based on the diverse benefits that come comes from this program. For
instance, I will offer my services from the knowledge gained from this program to different

experiences from this field to help in making strategic decisions towards service delivery. It is
possible that a master’s program will allow me to meet people who are in the same classes as me
and have already made a name for themselves in the field I am studying. Because of the people I
have met, I will be able to further my education and career in the field I have chosen. It is going
to make a huge difference in my future career because of this connection. Some of the lecturers
or professors will also be well-known industry leaders who can help me make additional
contacts.
Those students pursuing the MSLCE program have some advantages that enable them to
further their careers. Some of these examples are; First, it enables the students to understand that
to be a good leader, one has to be flexible, where you are adaptable, strong, and open to new
experiences. Secondly, the MSLCE program enables the student to learn and understand how to
communicate with the team they will be working with effectively. Thirdly, patience; many
people, especially students, are never patient, but through the MSLCE program, students learn
how to be patient. Fourthly, students learn how to be humble in every situation they find
themselves in. Through the MSLCE program, I will understand the importance of humility
regardless of my position in the institution. Lastly, the most important advantage that the
MSLCE program has is that it has taught me on how to be and remain responsible in my daily
routine or activities both in my careers and society. There are so many other advantages.
Studying this program will enable me to earn a lot of money when my right opportunity
comes, hence enabling me to clear my bills and take care of myself my family. It is important to
note that leaders and managers are distinguished in MSLCE by their ability to provide direction,

align people and motivate others. In contrast, managers are more concerned with planning for the
