Long-term goals refer to something individual desires to do in their future

(Fuchs & Fuchs, 1986). They are significant and effective careers. The long-term goals need

proper planning and adequate time to accomplish. For instance, long-term goals may require a

period of ten years to work on them. Short-term goals refer to something that a person demands

to accomplish shortly (Fuchs & Fuchs, 1986). The short-term goals need short periods, such as a

year or few months, to accomplish. The short-term goals are significant since they help an

individual in accomplishing their long-term goals. To better comprehend the concept of long-

term and short-term goals, one should identify his long term and short-term goals they want to

accomplish in the future and show how MBA helps them attain their professional goals.

in my organization.

designing, and launching a fiscal services ecosystem for unbanked Citizens of the United States

of America.

To foster collaboration and diversity in class, there are various vital elements

to consider in the class. For instance, you need to acknowledge and respect all students (Mino et

al., 2019). The learners need to respect and celebrate their diverse backgrounds and each other.

When suitable, teachers need to motivate scholars to investigate and study their cultural and

ethnic backgrounds. Ensure the students conduct discussions concerning the culture and ethnicity

of others. Acknowledging the distinctions and generating a secure space for discussion assists in

endorsing comprehension in the classroom. It permits the scholars to comprehend better their

culture and that of others (Mino et al., 2019). Acknowledging and respecting every scholar’s

culture and ethnicity helps to advance collaboration and diversity at school.

Besides, practicing cultural sensitivity in class helps to improve collaboration and

diversity (Miles, 2020). While it is essential to maintain an open conversation amongst scholars,

it is significant to ensure you are sensitive to every person's culture, language concerns, and

beliefs. The teacher needs to sacrifice time to comprehend each scholar's cultural nuances. For

instance, offer English language scholars relevant and suitable resources that aid them in

advancing their English understanding skills. Avoid using traditional lecture techniques, generate

studying experiences that require collaboration, and are interactive. The considerations will assist

in ensuring that all students feel included, are offered a room to study in their way, and are

provided with an opportunity to succeed. Practicing cultural sensitivity is significant at school

because it enhances collaboration and diversity in the class, making the learners feel more

comfortable.
