Oh My Buko Pie

Dough Ingredients
420g flour
3g salt By: jvl 2
12g sugar

Flavors
170g butter
1pc egg
120ml water
Mix everything and then roll the dough until
it flattens. Cut it into two and let it rest for

Filling Ingredients

90g
200g sugar
cornstarch
 Ube  Macapuno
30g all-purpose flour
3g salt
240ml coconut water
2pcs eggs
240ml evaporated milk
Mix the sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt, and
coconut water well. Get a pan, heat the
evaporated milk, and egg mixture for 5-10
minutes and then add the other mixture
into it. Add the coconut meat and stir it well
until it tenderizes. Turn off the heat and
then add the butter, continue stirring until
the butter dissolves.
Get the dough and place it on the molder,
poke the dough using fork and put the filling
onto it. Cover the top with the other dough
and pokes some holes also at the top using
the fork.
Bake it for 45-50 mins at 170 °C.
