    As the proponent group of the Improvement of the Building (Provincial Counterpart to PRDP)
    located in Brgy. Mabini-Buenavista. With the 5 breeder houses currently in our care we found
    out that the original item PVC Chicken Mesh won’t be able to withstand the heat in our location
    and gets brittle with time. In regards with this matter we would like to request your good office
    to replace the item PVC Chicken Mesh with Chicken Net 1 inch x 5ft x 100 meters.
