Self-analysis and the path to success in life

 ● Introduction:

My name is Md. Sakib Haq, and I attend East West University's business department as an
undergraduate. I graduated from Milestone College with an H.S.C. and from Mirpur bangla
school with a S.S.C. I intend to do my MBA overseas when I finish my undergraduate studies.
Sports, Video games, listening to music, Tv series, traveling and other things are some of my
interests and hobbies. I'll call myself someone with strong opinions. I enjoy sharing my thoughts
on topics that I find interesting. I am able to speak my mind freely as a result, which helps others
comprehend me better. I also firmly believe in the virtues of sharing and giving. I firmly think
that if I assist someone now, someone will assist me tomorrow. Unless I am with someone I
know well, I tend to keep to myself. But I like chatting with other people, and I'm always keen to
make new friends. I also enjoy exploring and learning new things. I have a long list of goals for
my life, some of them include exploring the world, Rafting, skydiving, bungee jumping and
scuba diving .I also like climbing. I want to climb Everest, Himachal, Mount Fuji, k2. But
before any of these things can happen, I need to accomplish my objectives. My objective is to
create a monopoly corporation. My vision is mainly to become a successful businessman. By
creating successful business I will help Bangladesh to grow the gdp.

● SWOT Analysis

A list of a person's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats is called a SWOT analysis.
A person needs to have a deep understanding of themselves in order to attain their goals.
Knowing one's strengths and shortcomings is made possible through a swot analysis. I therefore
consider it a great blessing that I have a high level of self-awareness. I am therefore well aware
of both my strengths and flaws. I am also aware of the opportunities and risks I will encounter
while working toward my objectives. My entire swot is displayed below
 ➔ Strengths:

My assets in the pursuit of my goals are my strengths. I am therefore very familiar with them
and always eager to add more. I'll list some of my best qualities below:

➢ I am sure of myself. I am passionate about difficulties, not afraid of them.

➢ I am a quick thinker, I can think on my feet in crucial situations.

➢ I am an adaptable individual. I do not blame others without valid reason.
➢ I am good at Social engagement. I am a people person who is also simple to follow.
➢ I am also fluent in English..
➢ I do a great job at multitasking.
➢ I come from a very loving familial background.

These are now my strongest areas. But this does not satisfy me. I want to develop my linguistic
abilities more, and I also want to get some leadership abilities.

➔ Weaknesses.:

I have a lot of flaws that I need to overcome, as I indicated in my introduction, in order to

succeed. I've listed my three main weaknesses below:

➢ My major flaw is that I easily get sidetracked. I get distracted easily. So it harms me big
time. The devil gets me every time I try to focus on something important.
 ➢ The second worst flaw I have is that I lack attention to detail. I continually make stupid
mistakes as a result. Small errors are a major factor in why I'm not as good as I want to
be.

➢ I easily believe people as a result I will get betrayed one day. I fear that day will come
one day, and I pray it doesn't.

➢ My handwriting is not good . My writing is very bad looking. Like cockroaches walking
through the paper.
➢ I hate disappointing others and fear failing. I frequently don't venture outside of my
comfort zone to try new things because of this.
➢ I also struggle with time management.
➢ I do not like to lose arguments as a result I get furious when I lose arguments.

Most of my flaws are in this area. But I'm doing everything I can to go past them. I'm working
on being more active and attentive to detail. I stick to a schedule every day to improve my
punctuality. I'm taking a few classes on the It platform as well. In order to concentrate more on
my studies and career, I have also cut down on my social media screen time. If I put in more
effort, I'm sure I'll be able to overcome them. I will then be a step closer to accomplishing my
objective.

➔ Opportunities:

Opportunities are outside projects that give you a competitive advantage. Some opportunities
don't come along often, therefore a guy needs to be aware of them if he wants to succeed. so
that he might benefit from them when the time is perfect. However, there are numerous
opportunities in today's period of advanced technology. Additionally, I have a lot of possibilities
that will help me achieve my goals. I've highlighted some of my main opportunities below:

➢ I am fortunate to have excellent mentors who are constantly there to lead and direct me.
➢ I have my family , they will always be there for me.
 ➢ I am currently studying in a prestigious university where I can expand my network and
gain more useful skills.
➢ Additionally, I have the option of studying overseas.
➢ I am able to develop my abilities in every area that will benefit me over the long haul.
➢ I have a solid networking system.

With all of these wonderful opportunities at my disposal, I am quite certain that I will succeed
in achieving my goals.

➔ Threat:
External pressures known as threats have the potential to negatively impact an individual's
achievement. Threat is a significant aspect of human existence since it might appear at any time
and permanently alter a person's life. They practically cannot be avoided. Therefore, rather than
escaping from them, one should be able to battle them. Following is a list of my top dangers,
which I believe will present a significant barrier to my career:

➢ The negative and selfish people of the world who do not want to see other people's
success
➢ There are many rivals in every aspect of business.
➢ Degrees alone are no longer sufficient to secure employment. One needs to offer
something distinctive in order to stand out in order to survive on the market.
➢ Developing health issues. The world was unable to withstand Covid-19's severe blow.
We never know what will hit us next because there is so much pollution all around us.
➢ Limitations on studying overseas by yourself.
➢ Being muslim is threat for the job market.
➢ Fast-paced market change is occurring. In light of this, it might be difficult to keep up
with the fast-paced business world
I am a student. Even though I attend a prestigious institution of higher learning, my credentials
will still be less valuable than those of public universities in the labor market. That issue is
inevitable.

I'm glad that I'm aware of them, but these pretty much sum up my list of challenges. All I need
to do now is get ready to repel them. Since the beginning of time, no one has ever achieved
achievement without overcoming challenges. I must embrace my threats and battle them
effectively if I'm to be successful.

I've done a swot analysis in its entirety. I am conscious, though, that I still don't know a lot
about myself. I therefore try to discover new things about myself every day. In addition, I
believe that everyone ought to do it. Because it offers you insights based on your personality
traits, potential challenges, and opportunities you could take advantage of to advance your
career goals.

➔ Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives:

A person is kept on course by their missions and visions, which serve as their sail. My
sense of purpose is really strong. I work diligently to realize a clear vision for my life
and will do whatever it takes to get there. I'm conscious, though, that it won't be an easy

but an impassable road. In order to fulfill these bigger goals, I must first complete my
lesser ones. Below, I'll describe my plan for achieving my goal:
 ➔ Vision:

I want to live a successful life as a businessman. My fascination with business is the main
source of motivation for my objective. I have an obsession with the way of life of all the
wealthy business owners. How they battled to create such incredible empires. How they
overcame challenging challenges and the tactics they employed Their life experiences had a
profound influence on my choice of profession. Additionally, running a business is a free
profession that one can develop in their own way. I want to be a successful businessman
because of this. My second objective is to raise Bangladesh's GDP and contribute to the
country's overall development. I wish to help Bangladesh in some way. However, I am aware of
the salary situation on the Bangladeshi labor market. I am aware that simply performing my job
won't be sufficient to improve their quality of life. I will need a huge financial backup if I want
to change their lifestyle. I won't be able to do it unless I succeed as an entrepreneur or
businessman.

► Mission statement:

One of the most prosperous businesspeople in Bangladesh is what I aspire to be. For that, I
need a concise mission statement that will direct me on this trip. I must therefore possess a
good understanding of marketing as well as a sizable financial reserve in order to succeed as an
entrepreneur. So, below, I'll provide a concise summary of my goal statement:

Pursuit #1-: The first thing I want to do is finish my MBA at a respectable institution. We are
aware of Bangladesh's school system's preference for academic knowledge above practical
abilities, despite the fact that it is a bitter pill to swallow. In order to gain more practical
experience, I want to pursue my higher education abroad. Aside from that, university degrees
Compared to many credentials from private and public colleges, overseas degrees are more
valuable in Bangladesh. The achievement of my secondary goal will also be made possible by it.

Pursuit #2-: My second goal is to land a corporate position with a large firm. I will therefore be
able to find employment in a reputable business corporation with ease after I have a solid
higher educational credential. There, I'll be able to learn more useful information. Additionally,
I will receive a respectable wage, some of which I will save for expanding my capital. Through
this, I will also be able to establish solid relationships with numerous other aspiring
entrepreneurs like myself who will aid me in learning even more. All of this capital-related
expertise and experience will aid me in effectively starting my own firm.

Pursuit #3-: After that I will be the successful businessman I always wanted to be. I want to
make my corporation so successful that one day it will be a monopoly. It will be the dream
monopoly corporation of bangladesh.

Pursuit #4-: The thing I want to do is to improve Bangladesh's economy. Increase the GDP OF
Bangladesh and develop Bangladesh in future. Bangladesh has a prodigious history of expansion
and development. Over the past ten years, it has had some of the world's fastest economic
growth, helped along by a demographic dividend, robust ready-made garment (RMG) exports,
remittances, and stable macroeconomic conditions.

I need to do these tasks in order to realize my goal.

➔ Goals:
Goals are the main objective that must be met in order to complete the mission. Any mission
cannot be completed if the objectives are not met. Thus, writing down one's goals helps a guy
follow the appropriate career route. I have also made a list of the targets I need to achieve. I
have the following objectives that I must complete:
 ➢ Both marketing and accounting are my majors. When you study accounting, you get the
relevant, well-defined abilities that employers demand for a particular range of
professions. Compared to someone who decides to study philosophy or English, where
the possible job possibilities are more open-ended, this gives you a much more definite
career route. Marketing major will help me to have greater Earning Potential. It also
Offers a Solid Job Outlook.
➢ My main objective is to graduate from university with a strong Cgpa.
➢ Along with pursuing my school, starting a little side business is one of my main
objectives.
➢ Learning multiple languages like Spanish, French and chinese.

The aforementioned objectives are all like my mini-missions that will aid me in completing my
first major mission. I must make sure I complete one of them in order to avoid falling behind on
my missions. So far, I've already achieved my objectives.

➔ Objectives:
To accomplish an objective, one must first ascend a series of modest steps. They serve as
stepping stones for a person to get where they want to go. My goals are the present targets I've
set for myself and must meet under any circumstances. I have outlined my most recent goals
below:

➢ joining East West University's business club in order to gain more information and
experience. It will also help me to build connections with the people throughout the
University.
➢ I promise to graduate with excellent GPAs each semester. Considering how crucial it
will be to my future tasks. A high GPA is necessary for the future. My people don't
believe it matters so much because those people will suffer in the future.
 ➢ Enrolling in a language course. I will benefit greatly in the future from my knowledge
of those languages. It will help me in the multinational market business.
➢ Forming the practice of reading the newspaper every day to stay current on events
around the globe. It will keep my reading habits strong and alive.
➢ Completing a book each month. expanding my understanding of different facets of life.
➢ Acknowledging my ability gaps in certain areas.It will help me to become the flawless
person i want to become.

➔ Conclusion:
The conclusion of my SWOT analysis and my life goals is at this point. I must admit that this
analysis taught me a lot about who I am. It not only let me clearly see my real assets and
prospects, but it also enabled me to focus on my possible dangers and vulnerabilities. Despite
the fact that I was aware of my vision, I had never given my mission statement as much thought
before this assignment. I can see my goals and objectives clearly now, and I also understand
what has to be done to reach them. This task serves as my career's road map, showing me
exactly where I am at this moment. I'm very happy I was able to accomplish this.
