    MINUTES OF THE MEETING
    OPENING : The meeting was called to order at 9 Am offline and the online session at 10 Am . It was
    presided over by the faculty Co-Convenor: Dr. Vrinda Mohan and Prof. Anu Mishra, Chairperson: Rhy
    Shahir.; Vice-Chairperson:Bhumika Makhija and Vice-Chairperson: Priyanshu Singh

    Singh; Head of Department: Research and Development –Trisha Carvalho, Kalpana,
    Registrations –Vedant Sharma, Somya Gupta, Design -Shreya Chakravarty, Public
    Relations -Neelima Singh, Aashna Punjabi , Outreach: Pari Arora, Shashwat Dwivedi
    Collabrations: Divyanshu Singh, Karishma Sharma Management: Pragyan Garg, Nitya
    Sanghvi , Communication – Chahat Kanchan, Arni Madiyar

    NEW BUSINESS

    First we had an introduction of the committee and the HODs. Committee will work for economically
    and socially backward people like street vendors, sweepers and workers etc.

    Related to research work - street vendors dwellers.

    2 other events also to be done .... details to be out soon.

    Research and Development

    Research on distinction between slum dwellers and street dwellers and bring the aspect of health
    care, legal aspect, and Transgenders rights. Also research on pop culture references movies
    suggestions for the introduction of committee.

    Registrations

    Works on managing the registrations both in advance and on procedures and logistics. And handling
    the participants in panel discussion

    Design

    Work on the logo and posts for the social platforms create a aesthetic for the social platforms.

    Public Relations

    Make the Instagram account and hype up the committee on various social platforms. Maintain the
    posts for introduction of committee.

    Outreach

    Work on developing and coordinating outreach activities such as interviews and promote college
    programs.

    Collaborations
    Work on contacting Shelters, NGO’s for the collaborations. And contact various college committees
    for collaborations.

    Management

    Work on managing the committee and smooth going of work. Help Registrations with basic sponsors
    for the panel discussion

    Communication

    Deals with internal and external communications of the committee. And deals with permissions from
    the admin.

    Adjournment

    The meeting was adjourned at 12:35 pm by the Chairperson and Vice-chairperson.
