Term Description
Alvanon Body
A central database of virtual bodies created by Alvanon.
Platform (ABP)
Anchor/hanging Points placed on a scanned avatar so the software can correctly recognize
points each part of the avatar.
AVA Permission
A file required to allow the use of Alvanon avatars within VStitcher.
File (APF)
Look at mode Mode allowing a view of the avatar/garment from any angle.
Term Description
Mannequin look Mode allowing the avatar to have plastic/metallic skin textures.
Mode allowing a view of the avatar/garment from 360 degrees around the
Navigate Mode
centrally fixed avatar/garment.
Preset poses Ready avatar poses which are provided with the software.
Regular look Mode allowing the avatar to have life-like skin textures.
File format used to save and share parametric avatars, including relevant
.VSA file
settings such as anchor points, measurements, textures, and so on.
