When looking at the urbain space that contain the fragment which we study 

, on notice that this


fragment is mostly empty within the map , and this void is either a parking or a green space , we
also notice that next to this fragment on a line, there is other ones on the right and on the left , most
of those on the right are also mostly with empty space , while most of those on the left are mostly
with « built space » with very visible empty space in most of them , we also notice that the line which
include all the fragment which we study along with the other ones which are next to it on the left and
on the right , is surrounded by two different main roads , with the biggest width compared to all
other kinds of roads in the urbain space of the map , we also notice that the line is next to a huge
space with few « built spaces » but mostly emty space which does not have buildings in Est , north-
Est and south-Est of the fragment , the psotivity of all of this is that if some one from the fragment
we study decide to exit for a walk to different areas , no matter how long or how much distance do
this walk take , there seem to be quiet an amount of emty space that the walker can go through on
the north , south and Est , without going through spaces which does give the feeling of being inside a
crowded space , when there is so much movement from walkers going to different places , or to
much circulation of vehicules between buildings , which could prevent the walker of having a good
feeling of comfort he might need from that walk , especially with other facteurs such as noises or gas
that might exhale from some or multiple vehicules , causing bad atmosphere ,

an other positivity is that with this amount of space , it help give the fragment we study a good
atmosphere of openness , and ventilation which also gives a good feeling of comfort for anyone who
live in any building of that fragment , like when waking up in the morning and openeing windows for
some air to enter and breath , and in the evening when some one return frm work and decide to
open the window for a little while for some fresh air to enter the house while he is relaxing , and to
also to help cool down the temparature of his house or his apartement with that air compared to the
temperature during morning or midday

an other positivity is that it helps for the sunlight during some periods of time to better cover that
space , without some issues that might come from other buildings heights influencing that

there are some negatives , one is a result of the fragment position in a dense urbain space , despit
the position of the line which include i tat the bottom of that urbain space , one negative is that ,
because most fragments of other lines are either completely built space or mostly built space ,
anyone who might go through a walk for comfort or to a certain location might end up having a bad
feeling of being in a very crowded space , or bad atmosphere from some vehicules exhaling gas

an other negativity is that during morning whe waking up , or in midday , and because there is a big
net of secondary roads which allow for a grand number of vehicules of different kinds and sizes to
pass through , there could a huge amount of circulation from vehicules that could cause a lot of
noises which could also result in a bad atmosphere when going back from work to home , or when
relaxing ,

an other negativity is due to the heights of different buildings across the urbain space of the map ,
which could be an issue when it comes to ventilation , as it could result in an obstruction in wind
movement , which may not allow for good ventilation to the fragment we study ,
an other negativity is that during certain periods of the time throughout the day , the sunlight
direction might be blocked to some extent due to heights of other buldings , which may not allow for
a good amount of sunlight to cover the space of the fragment
