2. Scope, Introduction and Background of the Project
Introduction and Scope of Project:
Digital Islam is an android-based application which provides one stop solutions of
many problems. Digital Islam app idea is based on to create an application which
must help every individual to solve Islamic needs. As most of the population has
been switched from conventional book reading to e- reading, keeping in such view
in mind, it was overserved to bring digital solution for Islam.
Digital Islam app provides the following features:

1. Location Based Prayer Time 2. Tasbeeh Counter 3. Dates Conversion

2. Qibla Compass 5. Quran With Translation 6. Six Kalmaz
3. 7. Daily Azkar 8. Zakat Calculator 9. Allah 99 Names 10. Weather forecast

 3. Similar Projects and Literature Review:
With passage of time and advancement in technology, people’s routine, methods and
habits are changing. Such development in the field of Islam has also taken place by
many different individuals and organizations. Islam 360 app is one the solutions in the
form of android-based application which provides ease of access for daily Islam
practices. Keeping in view the limitation in Islam 360 app, our Digital Islam app will
solve the real-world problem which have not been resolved in the Islam 360 app. Firstly,
this app will be a contribution for Muslims all around the world in form of gift by not
making app purchasable and not to monetizing the app which provides user experience
better. By monetizing app, inappropriate advertisement is shown, which disturb the
user and divert their thoughts.
Secondly, our app will be free of cost for everyone. No one is rich enough to purchase
app to use, hence our objective is incomplete if millions of users don’t take advantage of
our application, therefore it is decided that app is free and will always be free to use.
Our mission is to make app as one stop shop, to provide every Islamic solution in the
app in forms of updates/revisions time to time.
