Chilli Garlic Noodles

Ingredients
Hakka Noodles - 300 Gms
Sesame Oil - 2 Tbsp
Garlic
Onion - 1 No. Thinly Sliced
Green Chili - 1 No.
Carrot - 1 N0.
Cabbage - 1 Bowl
Yellow Bell Pepper - 1/2 No.
Red Bell Pepper - 1/2 No.
Green Capsicum - 1/2 No.
Spring Onion Whites
Vinegar - 2 Tsp
Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Red Chili Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Green Chili Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Pepper - 1 Tsp
Spring Onion Greens
Water
Salt

Heat water in a pan and cook noodles for 3 mins. Strain water and add oil to the noodles. Add oil in
a pan. Add grated garlic and onion and green chilli. Fry it and carrot, cabbage, capsicum, fry it. Add
spring onion whites and fry it. Add vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and pepper
and fry it. Add salt if needed. Add noodles and mix it. Garnish with spring onion greens.
