Inappropriate

Photographs
As I scrolled through my Facebook news
feed, I came across a post from a page that
showed a photo of a guy reading a book. As
you can see from the post, the photo was
taken by someone, and the guy is obviously
unaware that someone is snapping photos
of him at random. We are all aware that
taking pictures someone without their
permission is illegal. This is an example of
inappropriate photograph.

It's a little concerning because we do not

know if it is okay for the guy to be taken a
picture without his permission. In this
situation, this picture clearly violates Cyber
Law. What if the guy hates to be taken a
picture? it will result for the person who
took the pic to be confronted by the guy
because of what he/she did is really
inappropriate.
If I were the guy and I noticed that someone was taking a picture of me without
my permission, I would confront him/her in a good way. Especially if I really don't
want someone taking photos of me, I will ask him/her to delete the photos and
remind them not to do it again next time. It must be acceptable for them to take
pictures of other people, but for me, it is not a good thing unless they ask for my
permission.

As I reflect on the post, it is clear that it violates cyber law. It's happened to me
before. My friend took a photo of me without my permission, and I got annoyed
because I don't look good in the photo, and they make fun of it. I confronted him and
asked him to delete it.

I know the feeling of being the one taken a picture without my permission, so I do
not want to do it to other people because I know it's very inappropriate. But, I'll
admit, I've tried taking pictures of random people without their permission before
and realized it was wrong and against the law. So from then on, I never did it again.

It is not bad to take pictures, but always remember to ask permission, especially
if it is with other people, because it is important to know if it is okay with them. If it
is fine with them, then take pictures. If not, do not force them. We all must respect
one another.
