1. Noise is defined as noise generated from non-periodic vibrations in the air or more generally it
can be defined as unwanted sound. Noise or noise can cause emotional disturbances either
consciously or unconsciously. For example, it can cause anger, interfere with attention or
concentration, cause frustration and can cause physiological and psychological stress.

2. Feedback

Feedback is the last step of the communication process to ensure the recipient has received the
message and has interpreted it correctly as intended by the sender. This feedback will increase
the effectiveness of communication because it allows the sender to know the effectiveness of the
message. The response from the recipient can be verbal or non-verbal.

3. A persuasive speech is a speech that contains an invitation to the public to do something. In


fact, a speech is an activity of speaking in public with the aim of conveying his intentions and
opinions on a matter. In a speech, someone usually brings a topic or event that is important and
worthy of discussion to the general public.

4. Communication as a linear process because he was interested in radio and telephone


technology and wanted to develop a model that could explain how experiences pass through
various channels. The result is a conceptualization of linear communication (linear
communication model).

Whereas, The transactional communication model is one of the communication models in which
a continuous process occurs. This continuous process means that it is continuous either in
sending or receiving messages. Usually this process becomes one part of the communication
episode. In the introduction to communication science, there is a special and distinctive
perspective in this communication model.
