Synopsis
In the treehouse, Hannah and Curtis and decorating the treehouse with
orange and black balloons for a certain special event. Barney transforms
from doll to life-size and wonders why Hannah and Curtis are dressed up
in costumes. They explain that it's Halloween Day. They all sing "It's
Halloween Night Tonight". During the song, Keesha appears dressed as a
princess. After the song, Keesha explains that there's going to be a
Halloween party in the school gym tonight. Then, Stephen pops up
dressed as Willie the Weasel. Stephen explains that the science teacher,
Ms. Kepler, is in charge of getting the party ready and has a list of thing
they need to help her with, but first they have to catch him ("Pop Goes the
Weasel")!

After that, Stephen hands Barney the list. Barney reads that they need to
get pumpkins, dry corn, and apples. So, the gang heads over to Dooley's
Farm Fresh Produce, where they meet up with the store owner Farmer
Dooley, who explains that his food is ready to sell at his favorite time of
year - autumn. Stephen: "Autumn? I thought it was fall." Barney explains
that fall and autumn are the same, leading everyone to sing "I Like
Autumn".

After that, Barney asks Dooley to help him find apples for the Halloween
party. Dooley says he has all kinds of apples in his store and sings about
the many kinds of "Apples". Next, they need to find dry corn and
pumpkins, which they will use to make jack-o-lanterns from. Hannah asks

gang heads to a pumpkin patch where they find pumpkins of different
kinds and sing "So Many Pumpkins" as they collect them in a wagon. By

the time they finish, Dooley has already found all the fall crops for the
party and wishes to see them at the party tonight.

When Barney and the kids go back to school, they discover that the
playground the decorated for Halloween. The school janitor, Mr. Boyd,

Barney sets everyone up in their smocks and brings in some paint to paint
pumpkins and they all sing "S-M-I-L-E". Barney has painted his pumpkin
his own colors. Next, Ms. Kepler appears and asks the gang (calling them

"Halloween Team") to help her add more decorations for the party. Barney
leads the kids to the classroom, which is decorated for Halloween. They
see ghost pictures made from white painted footprints. Barney and the

ANIME kids decide to make their own ghost footprints as they sing "Icky Squishy
Gooey Ooey".

MOVIES Barney's ghost footprint is way too big, unlike the other ghosts. Curtis
claims that nothing scary's going on, until Hannah points out that there's
a giant spider coming behind him. The spider is actually a decoration for
TV the party brought to the gang by BJ. Then Curtis shows BJ some little
spiders, which is actually made from paper handprints, which are also a
party decoration. Barney says they're just "itsy bitsy spiders", leading
VIDEO everyone to sing "The Itsy Bitsy Spider". Next, Keesha shows the gang
how to make paper spiders. Afterward, BJ takes the spider to the gym as
everyone else follows him, reprising "The Itsy Bitsy Spider".

Next, the kids decorate treat bags into owls. This reminds Barney of a
paper bag puppet play - "Five Little Owls". After that, BJ shows the gang

WIKI his own big treat bag, but it's too heavy. BJ, however, says he has a cool
costume up in the treehouse. Once everyone gets there, they see
something making a mess with costumes. Baby Bop has done it. She says
she's finding a costume for "tricky-treating". BJ says she's too little to go
alone and allows to stay with her the whole time. Barney tells Baby Bop
she can dress as anything she wants. They all sing "What I Want to Be"
(Halloween Version).

At nighttime, kids in various costumes arrive at the party. Barney appears

dressed as a cowboy. Mr. Boyd wonders where Baby Bop and BJ are,
when suddenly they go down from the treehouse; BJ dresses as Captain
Pickles and Baby Bop is a fairy princess. Barney tells Baby Bop, BJ, and
Mr. Boyd to have fun trick-or-treating while the rest will go to the party. In
the gym, everyone reprises "It's Halloween Night Tonight".

Baby Bop is all set for her first trick-or-treating and memorizes the rules;
they're with a grown-up, they're on the sidewalk, and they have their
flashlights... nope! They've forgotten their flashlights, so they go back to
school for them. Back at the party, Ms. Kepler, dressed as "Miss Galaxy",
announces that it's time for the costume parade. The partygoers line up
and march around the stage as everyone sings "A Big Parade of
Costumes". Farmer Dooley joins in, dressed as a scarecrow. Meanwhile,
Baby Bop, BJ, and Mr. Boyd return with flashlights, but they've forgotten
their treat bags!

Back at the party, Barney and the kids participate in a haunted house
beanbag throw game ("Toss It in a Window"). Meanwhile, Baby Bop, BJ,
and Mr. Boyd now have everything ready for trick-or-treating. However,
Baby Bop states that they should only go to houses of people they know.
BJ points out that that's Mrs. Pennypacker's house, who Baby Bop

doesn't know of, so BJ goes to introduce her to his sissy. But just before

they go on, Baby Bop asks what she should say when they get to the door.
BJ reminds her to say "trick or treat", but Baby Bop decides to stick with

FANDOM "Treat!".

Back at the party, Barney meets Ashley and Alissa, dressed ADVERTISEMENT

named Pamela and Priscilla. Barney claims that they make him feel like a
cold cowboy. The three of them then sing "It's C-C-Cold, BRRR".

Pennypacker's house is their only chance to get treats. When they get
there, unfortunately, Mrs. Pennypacker says she's out of candy; a lot of
kids have stopped by for lots. However, she gives Baby Bop a nice

GAMES delicious orange and BJ a stalk of celery, much to his dismay.

Back at the party, it's time for the piñata. Kids take turns trying to whack a
ANIME pumpkin-shaped piñata as Barney sing "One, Two, You Know What to Do".
When it breaks open with candy, the partygoers dive for some.

MOVIES Now the party is over and Baby Bop, BJ, and Mr. Boyd return from trick-
or-treating. While Mr. Boyd goes to clean everything up, BJ, disappointed,
that all he got was a piece of celery. The kids then come up with an idea
TV for Baby Bop. As fairy princess, she attempts to fill BJ's goody bag with
lots of candy. She asks BJ to turn around while Baby Bop waves her wand
over the bag and the kids fill BJ's treat bag with lots of candy. When BJ
VIDEO thanks Baby Bop, he hears the kids laughing, making BJ fall for the trick.
Barney claims that their Halloween day has come to and end and the best
part of the day is being together with the people he loves. Everyone then
WIKIS sings one final song - "I Love You". After that, BJ and Baby Bop leave and
the kids' parents come to pick them up. They leave as they say goodbye to
Barney, when Hannah realizes she's forgotten her goody bag. When she

WIKI goes back to retrieve it, she says "Happy Halloween" to Barney, now in doll
form. Barney then winks at the camera, ending the video.
