International film club’s annual report

Introduction
This report aims to provide an overview of the club's activities over the past twelve months
and present the plans for the upcoming year. Additionally, it will summarize the club’s
financial position, including money received and donations.

Events of the Past Year

The club has held several successful events over the past twelve month. Our annual charity
auction raised a total of $5000 which was donated to a local nonprofit organization. We
also organized a weekend retreat for members, which included outdoor activities and
cultural activities. Furthermore, we hosted a member appreciation party, which included a
catered dinner, film critique session and live entertainment.

Plans for the Coming Year

The club has ambitious plans for the upcoming year. We are planning to organize a series
of workshops on topics such as sound design, screenwriting, cinematography and acting.
Additionally, we are planning a film festival that involve partnering with other organization
and provide an opportunity for members to engage with filmmakers and industry
professionals. Finally, we will continue to host social events for our members, such as
outdoor cinema party.

Financial Summary
The club has had a successful financial year. We received a total of $44,000 in membership
fees and event sponsorships. Our major expenses included event planning and execution,
as well as the rental of a meeting space. However, we were able to cover all our expenses
and still maintain a healthy balance in our club account.

Conclusion
In conclusion, the club has had a successful year of events, and we are excited to continue
this trend in the coming year. Our plans for the upcoming year include a series of
workshops, film festival, and social events for our members. Furthermore, we are in a
strong financial position, which allows us to pursue these initiatives without financial
constraints. We look forward to another successful year of community and camaraderie
within our club.
