Station 19 Season 4 Episode 7 Recap

“Learning to Fly” is set to take us through yet another rescue mission but with
some trivial perspectives on Travis and Dean. We can only speculate as to how
Dean is coping with what he had to go through during the mid-season finale. He
is in a vulnerable emotional state where only those close to him can console
him. In this episode, he must face a very challenging choice. This choice is
incredibly prominent since it has the potential to influence the course of his
career altogether.

However, the new cult storyline takes up most of the episode. The Station 19
crew visits a cult gathering and runs across Brother John, their leader. He is
found dancing on the roof while continually claiming his ability to fly. The cult
storyline has so far as being quite intriguing as it is so distinctive and has its
own depth. Although the long-term effectiveness of this plan is unknown, it
should make for an intriguing side plot. Ultimately, we will catch up with
Travis, who gets a surprise visit from his father.

Now that "Station 19" is back after its midseason break, and will continue for a
while. Hence, we may get to indulge more in these storylines before the season
comes to an end.
