Each adviser teacher keep monitoring the student's achievement through school-wide progress reports and report cards.

Attend academic team meetings and parent-teacher conferences to get teacher input on peer relationships and student progress

Keep one end of the rubber band in your hand and the other in the student's. Pull the rubber band back as far as the tension permits. Then inform
the student that the rubber band will be released (they will start bracing for the snap). Count to three, then return the rubber band to its original

A zoom meeting link will be sent to the students and teachers once or twice a week. Anyone can share their thoughts or experience about how and
what can we do fully understand ourselves and build relationship with others.
A zoom meeting link will be sent to the students every other day. Teachers can invite guests’ speakers to share their career experiences with the
students on career days. Guest professionals show or tell their daily activities and the students can ask questions about the nature of their work etc.
Divide the class into 2 teams. Provide one team with a statement, e.g. ‘I’m a woman working in an office and have been told I can no longer work
there because I recently became pregnant’. This team must defend this statement. Ask the other team to give advice and challenge the statement.
How do both teams feel afterwards? Which team would they prefer to have been on and why?
