 In the last week of the month having a virtual team building that was facilitated by a teacher and assigned guidance counselor.
 The Winnie-the-Pooh characters represent some of the best and most challenging aspects of humanity. When each resident of the Hundred Acre
Wood attempts a feat alone, it usually ends in failure. When the characters work together, they always achieve the best results. The same is true
with teamwork. Engage students in a discussion about each of the characters, helping them to understand how teams can work well together.

 Attend academic team meetings and parent-teacher conferences to get teacher input on peer relationships and student progress
 Review peer mediation data
 Interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and coping strategies will be noted by classroom teachers, as well as discussions in team meetings
and parent conferences
 Invite a webinar speakers who will discuss bullying, academic performance, emotional, interpersonal and class attendance of the students.

 Keep one end of the rubber band in your hand and the other in the student's. Pull the rubber band back as far as the tension permits. Then inform
the student that the rubber band will be released (they will start bracing for the snap). Count to three, then return the rubber band to its original
place gently.

 A webinar link will be sent to the students and teachers every other day of the month, everyone who wishes to be heard is allowed to in on the
meeting. Everyone in the meeting was entitled to share stories about various experiences and plans on how they faced learning and teaching amidst
the pandemic.

 SEL for students: Social-emotional Learning webinar. In which all young people and adults acquire and apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to
develop healthy identities, manage emotions and achieve personal and collective goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain
positive relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions.
 Career Days: Giving broader exposure to the working world.
 Holding debate and discussion.
 A zoom meeting link will be sent to the students and teachers once or twice a week. Anyone can share their thoughts or experience about how and
what can we do fully understand ourselves and build relationship with others.
 A zoom meeting link will be sent to the students every other day. Teachers can invite guests’ speakers to share their career experiences with the
students on career days. Guest professionals show or tell their daily activities and the students can ask questions about the nature of their work etc.
 Divide the class into 2 teams. Provide one team with a statement, e.g. ‘I’m a woman working in an office and have been told I can no longer work
there because I recently became pregnant’. This team must defend this statement. Ask the other team to give advice and challenge the statement.
How do both teams feel afterwards? Which team would they prefer to have been on and why?

 Offer a free consultation and seminar from a family therapist.
 Inform the faculty and students about the month’s type of activity.
 Invite a speaker who’s an expert in the field of the topic that will be discussed.
 The speaker and guidance counselor will entertain the raised questions from the student in an open forum part.
