304(A) IPC of PS Narsampet:-

The brief facts of the case are that on 11.01.2022 at 11.30 hours the complainant
Nimmala Sathish s/o Venkanna, Age: 29 yrs, Caste: Yadava, Occ: Agriculture, R/o
Redlawada village of Nekkonda Mandal came to PS Narsampet and lodged a written
petition in Telugu, in which he stated that, his cousin brother Nimmala Srikanth s/o
Somulu, Age: 19 yrs, Caste: Yadava, went to his grandmother’s house at
Maheshwaram village of Narsampet Mandal for attend Bonalu festival, after
completion of festival on 09.01.2021 return to home on his Splendor motor cycle
bearing No.AP29H7984 en-route at about 21.30 hours he reached YSR statue,
Narsampet, meantime driver of Ashok Leyland vehicle bearing No. AP07TL0690
namely Guguloth Praveen Kumar s/o Jagana, R/o Yellapuram thanda H/o
Manikyaram village of Ellandu Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District proceeding
from petrol pump, who drove the vehicle in a rash and negligent manner with high
speed and dashed to his cousin brother motor cycle, due to which he sustained
bleeding injury to his head. Immediately shifted him to Govt. hospital, Narsampet after
getting first Aid, from there shifted to Azara hospital, Hanmakonda, on the advice of
doctors from there he shifted to Osmania Hospital, Hyderabad for better treatment.
While undergoing treatment on 11.01.2022 at 10.10 hours he was died. Finally he
requested to take necessary action against said vehicle driver as per law.
