500, 504 r/w 34 IPC of PS Narsampet:-The brief

facts of the case are that on 23.02.2022 at 13.00 hours the complainant Revuri
Prakash Reddy s/o Narayana Reddy, Age: 68 years, caste: Reddy, occ:
Business R/o Keshavapuram village of Duggondi Mandal now at Hanamkonda
came to PS Narsampet and lodged a computer typed Telugu petition, in which
he stated that, he is the responsible politician and former legislator. Now he is
performing main role in Bharathiya Janatha Party in Narsampet constituency.
For the last while, ruling party leaders (TRS) spreading bad publicity on him.
Firstly, TRSV leader Devoju Hemanth was posted in Social media and Whats
App as “Revuri Em Cheyalanukuntunnav” through his mobile no. 7893065183
and damaging his image. He enclosed a copy of this by petition and ruling
party leader by name Sukine Rajeshwaar posted as “Revuri Em
Cheyalanukuntunnav” main caption and alleging that, he is addicting Liquor,
Ganja and Drugs to youth and posted in Social Media and Whats App through
his mobile no. 9939760118 and Duggodi TRS mandal party president and
former ZPTC and PACS Chairman Nachinapally were also spreading bad
publicity on him in Social media. The ruling party leader by name Nalla
Ravinder posted as main caption “Revuri Em Chayalanukuntunnav” through
forwarded his mobile no. 9515885973 in Social Media and Whats App and
harassing upon him and Prabhakar Reddy also target to him trough his
no.9848579601 in whats app for bad publicity and trying to damage his
political image. He kindly attached through this petition the bad publicity he
did on social media. Finally he requested to take necessary action as per law.
On receipt of above complainant, on 23.02.2022 at 13.00 hours made GD entry
and addressed a letter to Honourable JFCM Court Narsampet with request to
accord permission to investigate in Non-Cognizable offence. Today i.e. on
12.03.2022 at 18.00 hours obtained proceedings from the Honourable JFCM
Court, Narsampet and issued FIR .
