RE: ADVERTISING 2023

Phoenix Sporting Football Club is a non-profit organisation which is affiliated to SAFA Phoenix Local Football
Association. We have fourteen divisions currently ranging from Under 7 to Over 40, including two girl’s teams. Some
of our divisions have two teams due to the high number of players, our mainstream being Phoenix Sporting and
alternate stream being Phoenix Sporting Academy.

Phoenix Sporting Football Club is offering your company a unique opportunity to advertise on our soccer kits for the
2023 season. This drive mainly pertains to those individuals or companies that wish to partner with our brand. In
addition to the kit advertising, you will also be listed on our club website.

The Club had a positive response for advertising in 2022. Unfortunately, some companies were turned downed due to
limited advertising space. Due to this, we had to change our strategy for season 2023 and are now extending our
advertising as follows:

Major Shirt Sponsorship (color – includes company name and logo) R3000.00

Minor Shirt Sponsorship (color – includes company name and logo) R1500.00 per sleeve
(Choose either left or right sleeve)

All payments must be made directly into the Club’s bank account. You will receive an acknowledgement letter which
you can use should you wish to claim back from SARS on your CSI Initiative (Section 18A certificate).
