It is imperative to study the superhero persona in order to approach the problem statement accurately. Understanding their personality and behavior as well as backstory plays an important role in detailing the tactics you will use to overcome the five problems stated. HEROES FOR HIRE SITUATION 1 Mr. Kevin has been working in Ness Entertainment for five years, along with Julie, his colleague and college friend. Kevin has been a hard-working employee and is now a senior manager. He is facing the problem of an understaffed department and thus is overloaded with work.
As such, in recent times, he has not been able to fulfill his
duties and has passed on his work to Julie, who had to cover up on his behalf. Although she was handling her own department, too, she has helped him out multiple times but is pissed off at him.
The company follows a policy of 360 degrees feedback. On
the day of feedback, Kevin requests Julie to give him a 5- star rating so that he does not suffer repercussions.
How do you think Julie, as a superhero, would have reacted
to such a situation wherein she had to rate Kevin? Would it be a rating he deserves or the one he desires? HEROES FOR HIRE SITUATION 2 Kushal has recently joined as the southwest zone managerial head for Cosmos Pvt Ltd. So far, he hasn't encountered any significant challenges, but he has had a hard time connecting with his new subordinates.
He plans a casual supper to resolve the same and build a
bond with his team. He learns from his subordinates that the organization's junior-level appraisals are unfair since they focus on senior management's opinions rather than data and performance evidence.
They've asked Kushal for support in voicing their
disagreement. As a new employee, Kushal sympathizes with their hardship. He wants to help but thinks that if he defies his superiors, he'll end up risking his job, given it's not even been a quarter since he joined.

The management has recently hired Armada, a new-age
Manager who wishes to completely transform the way people function and infuse professionalism in the work culture. The management believes that to keep up with the trends; they need a new-age manager like Armada. But VK Singh and Armada faced compatibility issues. Even after continuous efforts, they were not able to work together.As such, VK Singh considers numerous options, like discussing problems with management, but they disapprove of his working methods,or handing over the activities to Armada and letting her practice the new techniques, or quitting the company, but would he find a new company where his way of working actually helps the company grow?
For this case, assume your Superhero to be VK Singh; how
would he now tackle the situation to get things to work to his benefit? HEROES FOR HIRE SITUATION 4 National Processing Incorporation has the majority of its workforce as men in the processing department. Women were found more in the packaging department. Ben is new in the processing department. While he was working on the machine, one of the females in uniform and mask tried to touch him inappropriately. He couldn't process anything, and his disbelief made him numb.
This happened again, and this time he barely avoided
getting his arm cut by the machine. When he told his friend and coworker in the division this, he laughed at him and advised him to stop whining and start appreciating what he had. He was taken aback to know that this was like a usual practice in the organization, and everyone enjoyed it.
Ben is confused about what he should do. Should he report
this to the management, who might as well make fun of him, or should he let this go and enjoy it like everyone, or should he leave the organization?
It was a tough decision for him. If Ben were a superhero,

However, she recently found herself in a difficult situation
when her superiors ordered her to deal with an employee who had been moonlighting as a freelance financial advisor. The rules say it's strictly against their company policies and call for immediate action on her part. Although, this decision would quickly go against everything she has established over the past years.
