General Information
The basic design data, history of inspection and remedial actions. er
Visual information including location map and panoramic view
of bridge and the specific feature of the bridge.
Dimensions of Structure
Dimensions and structure type of superstructure, substructure,
bearing, deck material and expansion joint are recorded in this
form.
General Drawings
The plans or as built drawings, if available shall be scanned into | “owlcat record history

If such drawings do not exist, it should be sketched with the
dimensions of the bridge
Photographs of Bridge the typical feature of the bridge
Photographs do not necessarily need to be updated when the inspection is carried out.
However, when the major repair works or rehabilitation works are carried out,
