Dear Sir,
We, M/s LIMAK-ZKB(JV), as the Contractor, are contractually entitled to be
paid the eligible Financial Charges against the ‘Delayed Payments’ in conformance
with the in-built provisions of the sub-clauses GCC 14.7 and 14.8 of the Contract. In
this context, attached please find herewith an upto-date amount of PKR 37,982,856/-
(Pak rupees thirty-seven million nine hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Eight hundred &
Fifty-Six only) as the Contract-specific admissible charges entitled and worked out
against delayed payments and are payable to the Contractor as such.

2. With regard to the foregoings, the worthy Engineer, under the Contract
dictates, may please review and forward our contractual ‘ADMISSIBLES’ to the
Employer for the requisite processing and an early release of payment on this account
please.
