WORK EXPERIENCE
◦ Responsible for the management of sudden machinery breakdown and liaison between the
production team and the machinery manufacturers in oversees countries to solve problems.
◦ Perform engineering analysis to determine the root cause of the most critical and repetitive
equipment failures.
◦ Analyze equipment history and line event data system to identify specific failures and effectively
address them.
◦ Facilitate coordination with other departments for equipment availability and optimization of the
resources.
◦ Manage the pm/ppm program and parts room inventory for all equipment, building, and facilities
through the CM MS system.
◦ Review and update maintenance standards and ensure all onshore field technical certification/
documentation is available, maintained and supporting records are readily available for Audits.
◦ Working with the Technical Services Team, ensuring timely Completion, Supervision, Installation and
maintenance of mass flow meter, P D meter, Prime 4, Turbine meter, Additive system, over fill
protection systems and Lubrizol additive system of Different Multinational Accounts like Shell, PSO,
Total Parco and Chevron.
◦ Followed up on the manufacturing status on shop-floor and reporting findings and observations to
the Senior Manager of the Technology Development Division.
◦ Ensured that all operations and activities carried out were completed in adherence to budgetary
constraints, minimized wastage and re-engineered processes if deemed necessary.
◦ I enjoy the ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure.

Pakistan Training Initiative 2013 to 2015.

job training (OJT) at the partnering Organization.
