Maintenance Plan
Create scheduled events using CMMS for all kinds of maintenance work.
Address well inspections come with a long checklist of elements through CMMS.
Assign the right work orders to the staff including labour hours available,
technician expertise, and skill level.
Manage resources utilization forecast by ensuring craft and man-hours are
assigned for all planned maintenance activities.
Finalize the schedule for planned maintenance activities along with the
Maintenance Planners and Supervisors, on a monthly basis.
Ensure maintenance manuals, preventive maintenance procedures and
recommended spares (SPIRs and BOMs) information is provided by OEMs for
equipment/packages.
CIMS (Corrosion Inspection Management System):-
Identify all the Static Items in a project (ex: piping, relief valve, strainer
and cooler) and prepare CIMS database based on available PDO
procedures, perform QC and submit to focal point in PDO
CMS (Project Completion Management System):-
Register the project in PDO, prepare CMS database based on available
PDO procedure, upload the data in PDO CMS system (ZENATOR), prepare
ITR from the system and then send it to Site for further processing, upload
the ITR received from site and input it back in CMS system, prepare
various status reports.
BOM & SPIR Activities
Identify FLOCS in a project requiring SPIR or BOM by referring PDO’s SPIR
procedure and Project document.
Coordinate with vendors or supplier for collecting the required SPIR on
PDO standard template & verify with the supporting document.
 Review and upload in PDO PROSPIR software
Follow up with any comment on uploaded SPIR and incorporate the comment through PROSPIR.
Ensure that all BOM are linked with FLOC after closing the Z6.

Preparation of EDW (Engineering Data Warehouse).
