Responsibilities: -
1. To Read, Study & understand Client Specifications for the allocated project.
2. To list out Customer’s Critical To Quality (CTQs)
3. Prepare the drawing and documentation list (including Submittal to customer) & discuss Detailed Engg. Plan
with team to execute Detailed Engineering.
4. Planning of work & maintain project scheduled.
5. To Design the equipment as per customer CTQ/Specs and provide the inputs to draftsman accordingly.
6. To review Spec and prepare datasheets of Vessel, Tanks, prepare Piping Spec, Painting Spec, ITP etc.
7. Calculations for Empty, operating and erection weight and C.G of equipment.
8. Detailed Engg: - Checking Fabrication & G.A Drawings.
9. To upload the material in Microsoft Dynamics AX for each drawing. Hands on experience on ERP systems
like Microsoft Dynamics AX.
10. Communication with customer, with other departments and with Vendors/Suppliers.
11. To co-ordinate & keep a correspondence with Third party Inspection Agency & Project Engineer for approval
of design documents.
12. To follow the ISO requirements & procedure.

 additions/deletions and corrections in execution plan accordingly
 Producing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports based on the actual
 Achievements and identifying risks and constraints involved.
 Monitoring the project health by critically analyzing project reports on weekly and
 Monthly basis and raise flags in case of slippages from schedule and low productivity.
  Monitoring and analyzing of major shutdown activities status on a daily basis and
emphasizing to schedule/execute critical work on priority which could have impact on timely
completion of shutdown
