 Based on the concept of departmentalization, which means the

 A subdiscipline of applied behavior analysis (ABA), which is the


application of behavior analytic principles and contingency
management techniques to change behavior in organizational settings.

Roethlisberger were a part of a refocus on managerial strategy with

organizations.

11. SYSTEM
 The enterprise-wide management of IT systems. It is usually directed
by an organization’s chief information officer (CIO).
