3.1 - Include payment security talking points in waitstaff training

3.2 - Enable GPS location services on each tablet

3.3 - Establishing security measures: Employee permissions

3.4 - Create messaging about payment portal security to display on tablets

3.5 - Create a procedure for securing tablets at the end of the night

4 - Milestone 4: Staff training

4.1 - Schedule staff trainings with GM to discuss anything that could affect waitstaff tips

4.2 - Create a launch day plan: Staff, troubleshooting etc.

4.3 - Schedule a training for a small group of managers, followed by waitstaff training at each
location.

4.4 - Train the staff to update the menu

5 - Milestone 5: Testing phase

5.1 - Invite friends and family to do a test run of the tablets

5.2 - Test run the new tablet ordering system

5.3 - Implement a post-dining survey to assess customer satisfaction
