thoughts to reach the objectives of this project. I think the goals with the current expertise are
achievable and if collaborate with the rest of the Team. Everyone on the team has a decisive
role and is able to fulfill it. New members of the team do not have to prove themselves, or gain
trust, we need to have different people to increase the creativity and efficiency of the team.
