Yes of course, Thank you very much for this opportunity

and giving me this interview, I am Hewa Jalal and I’ve
been passionate about technology since I was a kid, and
for the last four years I studied at DPU in ITM
department and i also took some online courses beside
my study thus I developed the experience to work as a
freelancer and build some projects for clients too,
Moving forward I would love to work at a tech company
such as yours that specializes in this area. I believe my
experience and passion for technology will allow me to
be a great asset to your team.

Why do you want to work here?

Although I love my current role as a freelancer, I feel I
am now ready for a more challenging assignment and
this position really excites me, with my passion for
technology and my skills of technology I wish to work for
a leading, innovative company like yours and I do
believe that I can make a positive impact.

What are your strengths?

My strongest trait is attention to details, I totally believe
in planning and execution, even when I was in college I
used to organize my month, week, etc.

What are your weakness?

I am way too detail orientated, I think my weakness is i
try to do everything perfect, and it make me lose some
time, and sometimes I feel like anything not perfect is
not good either so It may cause imposter syndrome.

Where are you in five years?
In five years time from now I plan to still be working for
your company, either in the same role or perhaps
progressing withing the organization if you seem as a fit
of course. I plan to be a respected member of the team
someone who is seen as trustworthy, reliable, and
capable of doing a great job on time and to a high
standard, I would also be willing to help train up newer
members of the organization when they join by sharing
my experience and expertise if you would like me to do
so.

How do you make important decisions?

Making decision is defiantly considered to be a little
difficult, but I am confident I can do it because I will rely
on my experience, I would also weigh the pros and cons
of each decision and of course I would also take some
advice from my team members.
