    Hello Alex,

    As you know, I’m currently the project manager on the Sauce & Spoon tablet project. I’m
    emailing you as a critical-thinking professional in the industry and hoping to gain your support
    to help convince Omar that expanding the rollout is a bad idea.

    Currently, there is a strong discussion toward rolling out the project to all dining areas and not
    just the bar. I’m opposed to this idea and hope you will consider supporting me in my
    reasoning. If we go bigger, we will significantly exceed our budget and timeline, we’ll need
    more time and resources to train and hire additional staff, and I think our customer satisfaction
    will begin to go down because we are not set up for such a large-scale adoption.

    We’ve both worked in this industry for a long time and have been through optimistic
    expansions that go wrong. I hope you’ll consider helping me show Omar that it’s better to start
    small in this case.
