Good afternoon, Seydou

It was a pleasure to meet with you yesterday and hear your thoughts on a broader rollout.
Your contributions and insights have been invaluable to the project thus far.

As I mentioned at our most recent meeting, I continue to have reservations about extending
the rollout beyond the bars in our restaurants. Omar has asked that we extend the rollout to
all of the dining areas in the Downtown & North locations, however I'm afraid that would go
beyond the scope of what we had originally intended. In my experience handling projects like
this, an incremental approach affords a more limited risk and allows staff to problem solve
with more limited consequences. As you said in our meeting, a gradual scale-up of kitchen
operations will be better equipped to meet the demands of our customers.

Customer pleasure ultimately drives our income. I believe you and I share a similar concern
that an expansive rollout will have consequences that will negatively impact our customer
satisfaction. Would you feel comfortable sharing a list of your biggest rollout expansion
concerns with me, so that I may meet with Omar & Deanna to discuss further?

Going forward, I'd like to be able to reach an understanding with our staff and win Omar and
Deanna over to the idea that a progressive approach will produce the best outcomes for
sustained revenue development. I'm hopeful that by putting on a united front, we will persuade
Omar & Deanna to adopt this viewpoint.

Warm Regards,
Peta

[Greeting and intro]

Warm Regards,
Peta
Project Manager
Carter, good afternoon. It was a pleasure to meet with you yesterday and get your thoughts
on a rollout that would be more extensive. Your advice and input have been really helpful to
the project so far.

In my experience managing projects of
this nature, an incremental strategy offers a more constrained risk and enables staff to tackle
problems with a smaller range of potential outcomes. Additionally, without promptly recruiting
more people, the current manpower is insufficient to handle a major increase in orders.

Customer pleasure ultimately drives our income. I think we both worry about the ramifications
of a broad rollout having an adverse effect on our customer happiness. Would you be willing
to provide me with a list of your top issues regarding rollout expansion so that I can meet with
Omar and Deanna to talk in more detail?

Going forward, I'd like to be able to reach an understanding with our staff and win Omar and
Deanna over to the idea that a progressive approach will produce the best outcomes for
sustained revenue development. I'm hopeful that by putting on a united front, we will persuade
Omar & Deanna to adopt this viewpoint.
