Subject: [Action Require]: Improve delivery rate

Dear Project Team,

Hope you all are having a good day! As you may figure, I am the Project Manager for the
Plant Pals project we are running.

I would like to mention an issue we are having; we do not have enough delivery drivers to
fulfill all of our order as expected. As a result, we have seen a mere 80% of the orders
delivered on time. Satisfaction from customers has hit rock bottom and some of our loyal
customer have cancelled their orders.

We need to better this issue by at least 90% on-time deliveries, otherwise we may continue
face delays in the our project timeline, decreasing our product quality and revenue.

To solve this matter, we propose that we provide the Human Resources Manager with
ownership to oversee the delivery hiring process to mitigate the issue. Subsequently, we
could grant overtime requests to the current drivers and reward them with gift cards to some
local restaurants and/or fast foods.
