Installation and integration of the POS system

1. Schedule an electrician to wire the tablets.
2. Install tablets in the downtown and North restaurants' bar areas.
3. Integrate POS software.

Implementing security measures

1. Include payment security talking points in waitstaff training.
2. Enable GPS location services on each tablet.
3. Security to display on Tablets.
4. Create a procedure for securing tablets at night's end.

Staff Training
1. Schedule staff training with GM to discuss anything that could affect waitstaff
tips
2. Create a launch day plan staff, troubleshooting etc
3. Schedule training for a small group of managers, followed by waitstaff training
at each location.
4. Train to staff to update the menu.

Milestone and Testing phase

1. Invite friends and family to test run of the tablets.
2. Test ordering system
3. Implement a post-dining survey to assess customer satisfaction.
