For some reason most of the stuff I had found on Somerset has been scrubbed. As of this writing
she has already been taken out. Bitchute and Rumble had some intel on her, But it's been
scrubbed from there too. I was looking into her around 2019 when there was tons of stuff on her
including her posts she would send out when she would call the world council to hold court.
There are a few Satanic Abuse Survivers who talk about her but most of them are now hard to
find I guess they also feared for their lives still after all this time. She was very powerful. If she
goes I think someone else just takes her place.

UPDATE OCTOBER 6 2021: Two of the most important contributors to this site
were arrested at the railway station in Nimy, Belgium. They were traveling with
three other members of the Shadow Watchers on 3 October.
DMYTRO BONDARENKO and DIETER SCHOLZ were approached by Belgian

authorities and taken off the train of the Ligne 26 and we have not seen nor heard from them
since their arrest but the Belgian authorities who arrested our friends told them they were being
taken on charges of assault and theft.
The three other members of our team who were also on the train were not accosted or questioned
by authorities and we only know what they relayed to us.
As it happens, the two Watchers that were arrested were comrades who made contact with one of
Somerset Belenoff's low level employees (Sylvie Bernard) in Mons, Belgium just hours before.
Dmytro and Dieter had taken Ms. Bernard's work identification card and her driving license and
we were going to post her information here in an effort to draw much needed attention to our
cause. As to the allegations of assault, we contend that Dmytro and Dieter did not do significant
harm to Ms. Bernard, only some slapping of the face, a light punch to her stomach and some
spitting and such. We can only assume our friends were arrested pursuant to a complaint that was
probably filed by SYLVIE BERNARD.
Since the apprehension of our colleagues none of us has been contacted and our site continues to
operate in a business as usual manner.
We have requested from friendly governments some help in obtaining the realease of our
colleagues. These men are important activists who hold information vital to us (the work
identification card and driving license of the WGC employee), which was obtained by them
at great risk.

Early Life and Childhood

Belenoff, like many others of the European ruling class enjoyed a childhood of wealth and white

Elizabeth Somerset Feodorovna Bowes-Lyon Belenoff (born May 1, 1953) is a British

aristocrat. Previous researchers at Shadow Watchers unknowingly repeated the wide-spread
myth that Belenoff was born at Glamis Castle, While she is often associated with Glamis,
having spent the majority of her childhood there, Belenoff herself disputes the myth, stating that
she was born in Paramibo, Suriname, near the mining operations in Rosebel, which were owned
by her father.
She shared a strong bond with the late Queen Mother and is a favorite cousin of Queen Elizabeth
II.

Belenoff is connected to the Dukes of Somerset in England, the Earls of Strathmore in Scotland,

of Europe's oldest dynasties. She is not a ranking member of the Wettin family, and her position
of power derives from the fact that she essentially usurped leadership though a coup shortly after

Affectionately referred to as The Witch of Glamis Castle. Queen Elizabeth has forbidden
the use of the term within her inner circle and has instructed that Belenoff be addressed as
Countess, Lady Glamis, or Lady Somerset.
Relationship to Grigori Rasputin

Somerset Belenoff is the great granddaughter of Princess Elisabeth of Hess and by Rhine,
who was allegedly either seduced or sexually assaulted by Grigory Rasputin while both
were frequent visitors to the Russian Czar's court. The exact nature of the relationship
between Princess Elisabeth and the Mad Monk is unclear, and the historical record
appears to have been manipulated at various points over the last hundred years to obscure
the truth, however, this much is known:
 Princess Elisabeth was the sister of another of Queen Victoria's granddaughters, Princess
Alexandra, who was married to Nicholas II, the last Russian Czar
 Grigory Rasputin, aka The Mad Monk of Moscow, supposedly had supernatural powers
which he used to heal the Czar's son, who suffered from hemophilia. He is alleged also to
have used these powers to seduce hundreds of women, perhaps including Alexandra, the
Czar's wife
 Elisabeth and Rasputin are known to have had an adversarial relationship and argued
frequently in the presence of Alexandra
 In 1909 Elisabeth sold her possessions and used the proceeds to open the Convent of
Saints Martha and Mary. She became the abbess of the convent and ran it until her death
at the hands of the Bolsheviks in 1918. This means that during the last part of both their
lives, Elisabeth and Rasputin were both part of the Russian Orthodox Church
 Like most of those close to the Russian royal family, Elisabeth urged her sister Alexandra
to send Rasputin away
 A few letters and telegrams written by members of the Russian court refer to the birth of
an unnamed daughter, born to Elisabeth at the Convent of Saint Martha and Mary,
naming "that most evil and false priest, Rasputin" as the father. Royal historians however,
have been understandably reluctant to include these documents in the official historical
record, though Belenoff herself has confirmed the story.

Project Able Wolf: Three Illuminati Murdered in California 5-2018

Background
In 2018 the bodies of 3 high profile banking magnates were found in Ventura County, All were delegates attached to
the Wettin Lower Chamber and were from wealthy banking families. The three were allegedly aligned with a so-
called rogue faction within the Lower Chamber opposed to Belenoff's agenda. According to sources in
Luxembourg, the murdered men are suspected of attempting to sabotage Belenoff's private jet. In early February,
2018 Belenoff was preparing to fly to her vacation home in Suriname when she noticed what she described as an
abnormality in the pitch of her plane's engines as it idled on the runway. She immediately instructed her pilot to shut
down the jet's engines and ordered a complete checkup on her Gulfstream G650ER. A thorough review of the luxury
jet's mechanical systems revealed that, had the plane taken off that day it would have likely exploded in mid-air. On
February 22nd, detectives from the Investigative and Judicial Branch of the World Security Office, working under
the direction of Callum McCoinneach issued an internal warrant for the arrest of Mikhail Abramovich Berezovsky,
David Papaleo Graiver and Erik Jakob Wallenberg. On March 9th the three men were apprehended at JFK airport in
New York and were fingerprinted, photographed and booked into the Metropolitan Detention Facility in
Brooklyn. 4 days later, on March 13, 2018 officials at the detention facility announced that the three fugitives had
been "inadvertently released," and their whereabouts unknown. On March 16th Interpol issued Red Notices
(attached below) to its 190+ member countries requesting the arrest of Graiver, Berezovsky and Wallenberg. The
fugitives were on the run for several months before meeting a violent end near the western tunnel entrance of the
Santa Susana railway, near the Los Angeles and Ventura County line. It is likely the would-be assassins were killed
on Somerset Belenoff's orders.
The Evidence
According to official documentation from the Ventura County Sheriff's Department (attached below), postcards
depicting photos of Glamis Castle, with references to Somerset Belenoff and KVM were found with the victims'
clothing. The victims had been shot, stripped of their clothing and left on railroad tracks where they were struck by a
westbound Metrolink commuter train. Police reports indicate in addition to being shot, Mr. Graiver was also hit in
the head with a hatchet. Documents leaked by the Ventura Sheriff's Department were uploaded to the websites
4Chan and Scribd, presumably to provide proof to the Wettin Upper Chamber that the killings had been carried

Scottish Witch Murdered, Uterus, Heart and Ovaries Eaten 11-2013

Margaret McKenzie was a notorious Scottish witch suspected of stealing dogs from her neighbors in Aberdeenshire,
Scotland. When she was brutally murdered in her home, Somerset Belenoff was questioned by constables. The
Deputy Chief Constable in charge of the investigation cleared the Countess as a suspect and according to his
LinkedIn account, the former Deputy Chief now works for the Wettin World Security Office in Luxembourg. The

Countess Questioned in Grisly Farmhouse Slaying

Aberdeenshire - August 11, 2013
Police have launched a murder investigation following the discovery of human remains at a
farmhouse near Cairngorms National Park
Margaret McKenzie, a self-described “dark witch” was killed in her rented farmhouse near
Cairngorms National Park Tuesday afternoon. Deputy Chief Callum McCoinneach of Police
Scotland said constables have visited the farm at least eight times since Ms. McKenzie began
renting the property about three years ago. All of the complaints were related to animal theft.
“People throughout the county have called us on numerous occasions to investigate the
disappearance of family pets,” the Deputy Chief said.

Police went to the rural farmhouse following a call from a neighbor who reported hearing what
he referred to as “blood-curdling screams” coming from the house. The neighbor told police that
a woman arrived at the property and entered the house shortly before the screaming began.
Because of McKenzie's reputation as a practitioner of so-called black magic, the neighbor told
police he feared the visitor was being harmed. He reported the license number of the visitor’s
Rolls Royce Silver Cloud and records showed the vehicle is owned by Somerset Belenoff,
Countess of Banbury and Arran and a relative of the royal family.

The neighbor, who wished to have his name withheld for privacy reasons, said the visitor stayed
at the farmhouse for about two hours and later emerged with seven dogs, which she took with her
in her car.

Deputy Chief McCoinneach said this is the most violent crime he has investigated in his law
enforcement career. “The victim had bruises around her ankles, all of her ribs had been broken in
multiple places, her head had been completely pulverized and some of her organs had been
removed. We found a large amount of blood mixed with skull and brain matter at a location on
the south west portion of the stone living room wall which appeared to have been damaged by a
forceful blow.”

“We believe the bruises on the victim's lower extremities and the condition of her head are
consistent with a person being held by the ankles and swung into a wall,” the Deputy Chief said.
“I cannot imagine the strength required to perform such an act. McKenzie was slightly above
average height and her weight was proportional to a woman of her height. I’m a large man and I
have nowhere near enough strength to do such a thing. Based on what we’re seeing here, I’d
estimate the perpetrator would have to be a giant, which is of course not possible. This one is
very puzzling.”
Subsequent to being killed, the victim was cooked and partially eaten
The Deputy Chief said in the aftermath of the killing Margaret McKenzie had been cannibalized.
“In the kitchen we found a bone saw, carving knives and chopping tools. According to forensic
examiners, the victim appeared to have been butchered in a professional manner. This leads us to
believe that our suspect may in fact be someone who is employed as a professional butcher or
who has at the very least done this sort of thing many, many times before. Tissue samples
collected from a skillet, plates and eating utensils indicate McKenzie was cooked and eaten,
probably by the same person or persons who killed her.”
When asked what parts of the body had been eaten, the Deputy Chief said McKenzie’s heart,
uterus and ovaries had been cut out and are presumed to have been eaten by the perpetrators.

Police said they also discovered skeletal remains of more than a hundred animals including those
of cats, dogs and goats, throughout the property.
Countess Questioned
Following up on the lead provided by the neighbor, police spoke with Somerset Belenoff,
Countess of Banbury and Arran.

“The Countess told us she went to the farm after her staff received multiple complaints from
county residents alleging McKenzie or her followers had stolen their pets for use in animal
sacrifice ceremonies,” the Deputy Chief said. “We spoke to the Countess at length and her
ladyship was charming, kind and forthcoming. She told us McKenzie willingly handed over the
dogs and that Margaret McKenzie was alive and well when they parted company. All of the
animals recovered from the farmhouse have been returned to their rightful owners, who are
grateful. I will add that neither the Countess, nor any of her staff are suspects in this investigation
and Police Scotland very much appreciates the services they’ve rendered.”

Countess Belenoff is a well-known animal welfare advocate and has donated to OneKind, an
organization dedicated to ending cruelty to animals.
Police said the local constabulary will increase the number and frequency of patrols in the area to
reassure local residents and counselors are available to anyone in the community who is
experiencing anxiety. However, the prevailing sentiment in this community following the grisly
murder appears to be one of relief. “I say good riddance and I doubt she’ll be missed,” said
Fergus Campbell, a local farmer, “and whoever did this should get a medal for performing a
community service!”
UPDATE: Deputy Chief Callum McCoinneach of the Scottish police, who was in charge of the investigation and
quoted throughout the article above, resigned from his position shortly after this article appeared in Scottish
newspapers. Not long afterward, Mr. McCoinneach joined the Wettin World Security Office as Director of
Operational Security, where he reports directly to Somerset Belenoff. According to Mr. McCoinneach's LinkedIn
profile, he started at the Wettin World Security Office in November of 2013.
Death of Gambino Boss Frank Cali

On March 1st, 2019 the following directive is posted on GlamisCalling:
"Mr. Cali's important date is approaching. We will need to implement Operation Romeo
Hammer. This needs to be brutal and public."
Francesco Paolo Cali was the reputed leader of the Gambino crime family, based in New York.
According to US prosecutors, Mr. Cali's reputation and influence extended well-beyond the five
boroughs of New York City and he was in fact respected and admired by some of the most
powerful criminals in Europe. He is alleged to have maintained close ties with top Mafia officials
in Palermo. Shadow Watcher investigators have spoken with elements of the Sicilian Mafia in
Palermo and learned that at least some of its leadership have been unhappy with Wettin's
interference in the business of organized crime. FBI sources close to the Gambino Task Force
believe Cali used his influence with corrupt jail officials to have Graiver, Berezovsky and
Wallenberg released from the Metropolitan Detention Facility. Many questions remain, but on
March 13th, 2019, approximately two weeks after someone on Belenoff's staff posted the
statement above, Frank Cali was shot to death in front of his Staten Island home. According to
newspaper reports, police believe the killing was unrelated to Mr. Cali's alleged mob ties. On
April 3rd Anthony Comello was indicted for the shooting death of Francesco Cali. Prosecutors
are saying Mr. Comello was allegedly angry that Mr. Cali refused to allow him to date his niece.
It is unknown if the potentially romantic motive of the killing is related to the term "Operation
Romeo Hammer."
It's perhaps also noteworthy that Mr. Cali was killed exactly one year to the day that David
Graiver, Erik Wallenberg and Abraham Berezovsky were "inadvertently" released from
jail.
Occult Connections: Deeper Than Dante

The Lost Children of Hamlin
Somerset Belenoff appears to have an unusual connection to the German town of Hamlin
(Hameln in German). If the name sounds familiar it may be that you've heard it mentioned in the
legend of the Pied Piper, who is alleged to have led away all of the village's children over 700
years ago. Every year, on June 26, a post appears on the Glamis Calling blog to commemorate
the Hamlin tragedy. It may seem touching or even sweet, the idea of a 65 year old woman who
believes in the terrible legend and is moved to post a comment on her blog to remind the world
that children are precious and we must never let something like this happen again. But when you
actually view the post and listen to the audio it isn't touching at all. It's really, really creepy.
Instead of a message of comfort, the posts may be better interpreted as a condemnation of the
parents who allowed their children to be taken. Worse, one gets the feeling that Belenoff may be
mocking the village. Why emphasize parental negligence in a case that happened 700 years ago,
if it happened at all?
Like so many things surrounding Somerset Belenoff, the real story behind her connection to
Hamlin and the Pied Piper is an enigma, but it is interesting to note that according to the late
Peter Graham (Led Zeppelin's manager) the song Stairway to Heaven is about Belenoff and
includes references to her that were well-known to people in the London art and music scene.
We mention this here because the song also includes the words, "the Piper's calling you to join
him." (an obvious reference to her connection to the Pied Piper of Hamlin) Graham told Melody
Maker that the lyrics about the May Queen refers directly to Belenoff and that she is the "Lady"
who is buying the stairway to heaven. In the 1960s Belenoff was known informally within the
London art scene as "The May Queen," most likely because May 1st is her birthday and she was
known as a sort of magical, carefree, regal person.
On June 26, 2017, the image on the right appeared on Glamis Calling, along with an audio file
and the words, "It is 733 years since our children left." This is likely in reference to an entry,
written over 600 years ago in the village church records that simply says, "It is 100 years since
our children left."
Obviously Belenoff is intimately familiar with the legend and the early church records that
mention the exodus of the children, but the reason for her intense interest is not known. In the
audio file attached to the post, you can hear the echoed voices of children laughing and suddenly
crying, sounds of pigs grunting and squealing, men shouting in German and demons wailing.
Given Somerset Belenoff's occult leanings, one wonders if she has somehow reached through the
ages and captured, however imperfectly, the sounds of what happened on that fateful day more

Assault on Golden Dawn Sorcerers - Hampstead, England, 1969
Always critical of Aleister Crowley and his associates, Belenoff is said to have referred to
Crowley's Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn as "The Pathetic Order of the Golden Yawn." In
the summer of 1969 she was introduced to former Crowley colleagues in what turned out to be a
sort of sorcery showdown that brought about the destruction of the Resurrected Order. Led
Zeppelin manager Peter Grant recounted this story to the weekly British music magazine
Melody Maker:
"Well, I knew the Countess when she was 16 years old, before she was a Countess and before the
whole, Wettin, World Governing Council stuff. She was one of the beautiful young people who
orbited the rock and roll scene back in the 60s and we were a pretty rough lot. She was called
Lilibet back then, sort of a nickname for Elizabeth, which is actually her first name. At first we
thought, you know, she's the Queen's cousin, she's beautiful and we like having her around, but
you know, we have to look after her, you know, protect her from some of these predatory gorillas
around us... She'd go away to school in China, she was majoring in Mathematics, already at
university, really advanced for her age. Or she'd leave for a few weeks up to Glamis or to
Clarence House (in London) and then she'd pop back into our lives every couple of months and
you know she and Jimmy (Page) used to have these friendly occult challenges where they'd sit
across from each other and see who could make the other person's chair fall over. Silly games
like that, and I remember one thing she could do that Jimmy could not is she could actually,
literally drop the temperature in the room."
"One day we all went up to Hampstead where some of Jimmy's Golden Dawn associates had a
big old spooky house. These geezers were former students of Aleister Crowley and they had a
new magical circle called The Resurrected Circle of the Golden Dawn or some such shite, and
Jimmy wanted to introduce them to Lilibet (Belenoff). Well we get there and there's this intense
feeling of dread and darkness, like pure evil in the house and it didn't seem right to bring a young
girl to such a place. So introductions were made and we all sat around in chairs like in a circle
and she and Jimmy and these 3 old geezers start doing the challenge thing like she used to do
with Jimmy. And she and Jimmy had always been about equal in their abilities, you know. Now
these old guys were like real old school evil sorcerers and straight away they start moving their
hands around in the air and you can see Lilibet's chair start to shake. Like I said, Jimmy and I
were both very like, protective of Lilibet so we were feeling pretty bad about how this was
starting to go down, you know. Like it was supposed to be a friendly competition but these guys
were taking it to another level. Then one of the guys starts making gestures with his right hand
like in a choking motion and pointing it toward Lilibet's throat, and you can see it's having an
effect on her.
So Jimmy and I both decide to get up from our chairs and end this but we can't move! We can't
stand up and we can't even move our hands! At first when they did this, you can see Lilibet's face
and she has a shocked look but then she relaxes and she gets a smile on her face, like, 'ah, she's
regained control' and at the same time the old sorcerer geezers are getting more agitated and
gesturing more intensely. The other thing everyone notices is it's starting to feel really f...ing cold
in the house. Now you have to remember, it's the middle of July and it's one of those hot muggy
London nights, but now all of a sudden it's getting really, really cold. It's not like before when
Lilibet used to drop the temperature in the room when she and Jimmy were just fooling around
with the occult. This was like, Siberia f....ing cold, and it's getting worse, colder and colder still.
And then the old geezers started complaining, 'I can't feel my hands!' Every window and
everything made of glass has frost one it now and we can all see our breath - except Lilibet. She
appeared to be totally relaxed and no visible frosty breath coming out of her mouth. As it gets
even colder the old guys are starting to panic but they are unable to get up from their chairs.
Then Lilibet gets a look of complete satisfaction on her face and she stands up and throws her
arms into the air and at that very moment, everything made of glass explodes. The crystal in my
watch, the spectacles of the old sorcerer sitting on my left, absolutely beautiful, century old
stained glass windows, every piece of china in the house, which has been frozen, just explodes in
this loud, very violent eruption. One of the old sorcerers had a glass eye and it was just awful to
see what happened to it. The old geezer that had been making the choking motions with his right
hand had been complaining that he couldn't feel his hands ... and I swear to Christ as I sit here,
the bones inside his f---ing hand shattered. Shattered as though they had been made of glass, and
his hand was just a bloody pulp. And understand, all of this happened within seconds of Lilibet
standing up and throwing her hands into the air. It was like she broke her own spell and shattered
everything that had frozen.
Then two other things happened at the same time. The room became warm again immediately
after everything shattered or exploded, and at the same moment, the radio in the corner of the
room came on and started playing that song by The Lovin' Spoonful, "Do you believe in magic,
in a young girl's heart...". Then Lilibet does a little spin and a bow with this innocent smile and
as she leans down over the old sorcerer with the shattered hand and the one with the shattered
glass eye she says, "That, gentlemen, is the way we do it up at Glamis!" The geezer with the
shattered hand, his skin is a bloody pulp with sharp bones shattered inside is screaming at Lilibet
and saying, "You've destroyed my hand you dirty she-devil!!" and Lilibet says to him, "Maybe
you should remember this the next time you try to strangle a young girl."
After that I realized Lilibet's occult abilities had progressed far, far beyond anything we had
imagined and she didn't need anyone's protection. Later we asked her where she had learned such
powerful sorcery and she said, from her friends within the walls of Glamis Castle.
Several months later she and I were driving together and my car broke down in a really
dangerous, dodgy part of London and Lilibet said to me, "Don't worry Peter, I won't let anything
happen to you." That's 25 years ago and to me, to all of us who knew her then, she's still sweet
Lilibet.

Appointment to World Governing Council
In October of 1979 Somerset Belenoff was appointed by Queen Elizabeth II to represent the
House of Windsor, and by extension the United Kingdom, on the Wettin World Governing
Council. At 26 years of age, she was the youngest delegate to sit on the Council, but she would
soon become a an unstoppable force for DEVASTATION within that governing body.
Background
From 1947 until his assassination by the Irish Republican Army in August of 1979, Windsor was
represented on the Wettin Council by Louis Mountbatten, 1st Earl of Burma. Lord Mountbatten
was the uncle of Prince Phillip, Queen Elizabeth's husband and had been a trusted advisor to the
royal family. His 32 year tenure on the Council is generally characterized as uneventful. Upon
Mountbatten's death, Queen Elizabeth appointed Belenoff to the Council and by letters patent
bestowed upon her the title of Countess (UPDATE JUNE 2021- THIS IS NOT VERIFIED BY
LETTERS PATENT)
What is the Wettin World Governing Council and what is its role in world governance?
The House of Wettin dates from approximately 950 AD and is Europe's preeminent dynastic
family. The ancestral home of the House of Wettin is in Germany, but due to the historical
importance of the dynasty, its influence extends across the globe. All of the people that you've
ever heard of in the context of "ruling elite," or "Illuminati" have ties to and are in fact governed
by the Wettin World Governing Council. The Committee of 300, the Vatican, Windsors,
Rothschilds, Hapsburgs, Bilderbergers, Rockefellers, Bushes, Vanderbilts, the Council on
Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission and the United Nations, all send their delegates to
the Wettin Council and are all ultimately controlled to a large degree by Wettin. Members of the
Wettin dynasty have been kings and queens of many European countries. In 1840, Queen
Victoria married Prince Albert of Saxe Coburg and Gotha, a prince of the House of Wettin,
which meant that the House of Windsor was annexed by marriage to the House of Wettin. The
children of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert never used the surname "Wettin" but it was in fact
the official surname of the royal family.
During World War 1, due to anti-German sentiment at home, the royal family officially changed
their surname to Windsor.
The "Purge of the Princes" and Restructure of Wettin's Governing Authority

Upon taking her seat as the Windsor delegate in October of 1979, Belenoff began to exercise a
much greater degree of authority on the Council than her predecessors and introduced a number
of sweeping reforms. Although the reforms were ultimately approved by the ruling families, the
changes weren't made without significant bloodshed. The primary goal of Belenoff's reforms
were to:
 Divide the governing forum into two tiers, with an Upper Chamber and Lower Chamber.
The proposed structure would vest all decision making power in the Upper Chamber,
which would include only those delegates who were from the ancient dynastic families.
The Lower Chamber would consist of those delegates who had acquired power within the
last couple of hundred years through industry and commerce. Another way to view this
is: The Upper Chamber, where all decisions are made, includes Dukes, Earls, Princes,
Counts and Countesses, Barons and Baronesses - the Lower Chamber consists of the
world's wealthiest families such as the Vanderbilts, Rockefellers and Rothschilds.

 Establish an independent World Security Office (with herself at the head) responsible for
enforcing the rules of the Governing Council and holding member delegates accountable
to a central authority. The Security Office would also be authorized to commandeer any
military force or intelligence-gathering apparatus in the world, including space-based
weapons and satellite communications. (DICTATOR!)
The proposed changes gave rise to a significant amount of opposition. According to Wettin
historian Alfred Saxe-Coburg, prior to the final vote to implement the reforms an assassination
plot was hatched by 18 of the most powerful delegates, all of whom were princes and dukes from
Europe's most elite houses. Belenoff learned of the plot and after the final vote was tallied she
confronted the conspirators in an open forum, accusing them of treason. She ordered 12 of the
would-be assassins to climb the caste's north tower and to jump to their deaths. The remaining 6
conspirators were given revolvers and Belenoff ordered them to proceed to the adjoining
courtyard where they were to shoot themselves. Karl Feldhaus, a servant at the castle who waited
upon the delegates said that all of the conspirators followed the Countess's instructions as though
they were under some kind of spell. Mr. Feldhaus said that after the 12 princes had left the table
and ascended the stairs to the north tower, Belenoff made the remark, "12 lords a-leaping," in
reference to a line from the popular Christmas song.

Belenoff's office previous used the website glamiscalling.org extensively to distribute
announcements to heads of state, military bases, law enforcement, supreme courts and other
organizations and power structures answerable to the World Governing Council of Wettin.
Messages posted to the site during 2019 appear to indicate the WGC has been in the process of
implementing major technology upgrades.
We believe "Cathedral" currently uses the site less and is now using updated technology to
broadcast their messages. Note that there is some activity on the Wettin twitter account, and
those messages are very cryptic. As for the Glamis Calling site, some of the messages are cryptic
and some are clear instructions. An example of clear communications is the message that
appeared on January 3rd, 2019, wherein Miss Belenoff instructs Vice Admiral Lisa Franchetti,
the commander of the US Sixth Fleet, to send the Destroyer USS Donald Cook to the Black Sea,
with instructions to meet up with Turkish naval counterparts and then proceed to the Port of
Odessa. In the same post, she instructs the Commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet that he is
allowed to observe but not to interfere with the US ship. Several weeks later US military new
sources announced that the the USS Donald Cook was indeed moving through the Dardanelles
Straits en route to the Black sea. For reference, it may be a good idea to go back to the page on
Rise to Power to review the House of Wettin organization chart. You'll note the Military and
Space Command office is the likely route Belenoff would take in the event she wants to assume
control over a part or all of a country's armed forces. On a side note, Vice Admiral Franchetti has
at least a passing acquaintance with Belenoff from their frequent encounters at Camp David and
also Bohemian Grove.

are drafted by her staff on the World Governing Council or the World Security Office. Somerset
Belenofff's technology chief, Tiamet Marbani has stated that every message posted on the site

Early Life and Childhood

Belenoff, like many others of the European ruling class enjoyed a childhood of wealth and white

Elizabeth Somerset Feodorovna Bowes-Lyon Belenoff (born May 1, 1953) is a British

aristocrat. Previous researchers at Shadow Watchers unknowingly repeated the wide-spread
myth that Belenoff was born at Glamis Castle, While she is often associated with Glamis,
having spent the majority of her childhood there, Belenoff herself disputes the myth, stating that
she was born in Paramibo, Suriname, near the mining operations in Rosebel, which were owned
by her father.
She shared a strong bond with the late Queen Mother and is a favorite cousin of Queen Elizabeth
II.
UPDATE JUNE 2021: Our predecessors didn't mention this but we feel it's important to note that
Belenoff is one of hundreds of QE2's third cousins, many of whom live ordinary, unremarkable
lives. She may have shared a strong bond with the Queen Mother, but there is no evidence that
she is emotionally close to the QE2 (Queen Elizabeth II). In fact there is some evidence that the

been granted that title by Queen Elizabeth II in 1979 when she was appointed to represent the

Owing to persistent intermarriage among the European upper class over many generations,
Belenoff is connected to the Dukes of Somerset in England, the Earls of Strathmore in Scotland,
the Imperial House of Russia, and the historical House of Wettin, of which the House of Windsor
is a cadet (junior) branch. She is the great-granddaughter of Grigori Rasputin and Princess
Elisabeth of Hess and by Rhine, who was the granddaughter of Queen Victoria. This means
that Somerset Belenoff is the great-great great granddaughter of Queen Victoria (as are Queen
Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip, the Queen's husband.). Counting only her holdings from the
Suriname mining and real estate assets she inherited from her industrialist father, Belenoff's

As a child, she was known to spook family members and guests with casual, factual statements
about long dead relatives who had died in Glamis Castle, often referring to them by nicknames
used for them when they were alive. On one occasion, according to Princess Margaret, when
Belenoff was 8 years old she joined a grown-up card game and played extremely well, winning
several hands. When the astonished adults asked how she learned to play so well, she replied that

Relationship to the Wettin dynasty
Belenoff is the de facto head of an ancient dynasty that has ruled over much of Europe for more
than a thousand years. She has described her senior position atop the House of Wettin as "an
accident of birth," but historians point out that she was not born into the the highest office of one
of Europe's oldest dynasties. She is not a ranking member of the Wettin family, and her position
of power derives from the fact that she essentially usurped leadership though a coup shortly after
she was appointed to the Council by Queen Elizabeth II. As detailed on the tab titled, There Will
Be Blood, it appears she was appointed as the UK replacement for Lord Mountbatten, as a voting
member of the Council. As a sitting member, and likely a junior one at that, she would have been
one of many electors, and had she followed the example of her predecessor, her tenure would

effectively re-organized the Council with herself at the helm while relegating the actual

Belenoff delegates much of the business of running Wettin's real estate and banking
interests to Prince Michael, and insiders say the two have a cooperative, even friendly

an email to her nephew, Lord Francis Bowes-Lyon, she wrote: "I alone speak for Wettin,
which means by definition I speak for her subsidiary branches, including including
Windsor, the Thurngian states and the Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach branch of the family."

Relationship to Grigori Rasputin

Somerset Belenoff is the great granddaughter of Princess Elisabeth of Hess and by Rhine,
who was allegedly either seduced or sexually assaulted by Grigory Rasputin while both
were frequent visitors to the Russian Czar's court. The exact nature of the relationship
between Princess Elisabeth and the Mad Monk is unclear, and the historical record
appears to have been manipulated at various points over the last hundred years to obscure
the truth, however, this much is known:
 Princess Elisabeth was the sister of another of Queen Victoria's granddaughters, Princess
Alexandra, who was married to Nicholas II, the last Russian Czar
