Silly Resolutions

Issue: Animas High School’s average GPA is constantly dropping as of the past few
months. It has been brought to the chairs attention (realistically this doesnt
happen) to write a solution to potentially solve this problem.

Zoey solution:

Convinced It is dire to solve the crisis that is causing burn out in students, affecting their
productivity negitvily;
(a) Motivation was lost frequently;
(b) Struggling to receive academic credits;

Fully Aware that schools werent provided for enough by the government(s) and were neglected;
(a) Teachers being paid under the living standards;
(b) Budgeting too low;

Taking into consideration nothing was changed or expieremented with;

Believing that creating a environment more friendly towards Staff and Students may improve a
wanting to perform better on each side;

Encourages schools to reward students for all work; possibly maintaining motivation,
(a) Nurturing a realistic life skill such as working in order to receive money

Requests qualified professionals to provide help in the work environments,

(a) Tutors are provided by the school as a human right;
(b) Schools ensure all students have a passing grade every week;

Reconizes that many schools structures should be reconsidered and improved,

(a) Consider what is working and what isn’t to improve grades;
(b) Experiment with new strategies to improve productivity;

Encourages the salaries of teachers to be raised to ensure they want to be at work,

Strongly Supports the funds schools receive to create new opportunities for all humans; that being
Teachers and Students.
