PTC has Correctly upheld the Jurisdiction of ICC by Corlis Valeron for committing
the Crime Against Humanity under Article 7(1)(k).
A. The Defendant has conducted a widespread and systematic attack against through OBA on
the territory of Giskar, i.e. Golden Lowlands, which was pursuant to the state policy. The
attack has caused grievous mental and physical suffering to the civilian population. The
Charged acts Qualify as other inhumane acts, since the crime committed cannot be
considered as murder and/or extermination.
B. The Defendant is jointly liable under Article 25(3)(a) with the State of Regale, since they
jointly perpetrated the commission of the crime. Regale acted as an indirect perpetrator
controlling the action of executor, i.e. Karaxis (the Defendant), which resulted in the
secession of the Golden Lowlands from Giskar and, the former merging with Regale.
