CONCILIATION/MEDIATION AGREEMENT

The agreement is regarding the conditions that are settled regarding the dispute which was
arisen between the parties. This agreement is according to the Arbitration and Conciliation
Act of 1996. Both Parties have decided for Mr. Atish Tayade to be as a conciliator. Both
parties have decided that English will be the primary language for conducting this
Conciliation process.

The agreement in the present dispute was executed on this 11th day of September Two Thousand
Twenty Two, i.e. 11/09/2022, Between:

Pantheon Saint Grand (Situated in Paris, France)

(Hereinafter called PSG)

AND

Rhaegar Jr. (situated in Sao Paolo, Brazil)

(Responding)

(Hereinafter called Rhaegar)


WHEREAS certain disputes and differences have arisen and are subsisting between the
aforesaid parties relating to the lawsuit filed by Mr. Rhaegar in the month of July 2019 against
PSG.
AND WHEREAS the Parties agree to submit their dispute(s) for an amicable settlementin
accordance with Article 16(1) Rome I Regulation (593/2008/EC).

1. The parties have agreed to the renegotiation of the annual salary of Mr. Rhaegar, and
reduction of the same to a 23% deduction in Mr. Rhaegar’s salary of 36 million
(Euro), i.e. the new annual salary will be 27.72 Million (Euro) per annum, to be paid
in whole by PSG regardless of any other parties indulgence in the salary agreement.
2. PSG will not raise any objection against Mr. Rhaegar to continue with the deal
entered with Dadidas, regardless of the payment of the whole salary by PSG.
3. Mr. Rhaegar will be sanctioned on endorsements coming from Fillete which will
amount to 9% of the total i.e. 2.7 million (euro), for abrupt behavior of not returning
from vacation in July from AWOL.
4. PSG will pay 8.5 million (euro) in exchange of signing a non-disclosure agreement
with Mr. Rhaegar having faced racial discrimination in the club by not disclosing
the complaints in the press.
5. PSG to compensate for involving in unprofessional practices and ill-treatment
suffered by Mr. Rhaegar while not letting him play during his non-performing phase,
a sum of 1 million (euro) through its sponsored tie-up Red Chull as an increase in its
endorsement.
6. Mr. Rhaegar will pay 2.75 million (euro) for his unfettered act of using Dadidas
shoes while playing for a charity match inspite of having a tie-up with Maike and
PSG to use sportswear only of Maike (the official sponsor).
7. With respect to Clause 4 and 6 of this agreement both parties agree to sign an NDA
guarantying each other to subside these issues and not to bring them up in the public
domain going forward, and breach of the same will result in a heft fine for the
breaching party.
8. Along with this the parties also agree to go for the Arbitration and Conciliation
method of resolving issues in place of directly going for litigation.
9. Signing this agreement would also mean that Mr. Rhaegar will withdraw the lawsuit
that he has filed against PSG and its owners.
In Witness Whereof, this Agreement has been signed this 11th day of September 2022
at Paris, France by

(a) provide for qualification(s) of the Conciliator(s)/Mediator(s) including, but not


limited to, language, technical experience, nationality and legal experience;

(b) specify the language for the conduct of Conciliation/Mediation
