 CONCILIATION AGREEMENT

The parties hereby at the end of the conciliation process have agreed to:

1. Mr. Rhaegar agrees with PSL to the reduction of 22% from his previous annual salary
€36, the new annual salary of Mr. Rhaegar will be €28.08 Million per annum, to be
paid fully by PSG despite any other parties indulgence in the salary agreement.
2. PSG has no objection to Mr. Rhaegar signing an endorsement deal with Dadidas after
the reduction of salary with respect to clause 1, for a term of 5 years which can be
extended to a term of 10 years for €50 million.
3. Mr. Rhaegar will be fined with a reduction of 15% in the Fillette endorsement deal,
for going AWOL in July and this will be considered unprofessional behavior agrees to
this deduction.
4. PSG to redeem themselves for the ill-treatment of Mr. Rhaegar during his dry spell
and unprofessional practices during practices, offers Mr. Rhaegar a bonus on his deal
with Red Chull endorsement through their tie-ups with Red Chull, this would result in
an increase of €1 million per annum.
5. Mr. Rhaegar will maintain a good relationship with PSD and will sign a Non-
Disclosure Agreement (NDA) guaranteeing each other to subside these issues and not
to bring them up in the public domain going forward, regarding the alleged incidents
of racial abuse.
6. In respect to clause 5, PSD in exchange for NDA will pay €10 million along with an
apology letter addressed to Mr. Rhaegar.
7. Mr. Rhaegar Jr. will get more opportunities to play for PSG as Mr. Rhaegar Jr. was
out of form as he was not getting sufficient.
8. Signing this agreement would also mean that Mr. Rhaegar will withdraw the lawsuit
that he has filed against PSG and its owners.
