RT UI Bugs and improvements (iOS)

• Search bar text on main chat listing screen does not according to design.

• RT welcome message should appear with “Team Ringtok” instead of
ringtok. Fixed
• On detail profile screen back text should appear with back arrow. Fixed
• There should be little bit space between profile name and messages on chat
listing screen. In image message, space in image icon and message type text. Fixed
• Green dot should show on chat listing screen when user is online. Not
