Introduction to Computers
Texts and Clip charts:
• When we will open power point, it will automatically displays
a slide with following boxes:
Text:

• If we want to write/ work on slides tap/ click on the text box to

add text.
•
Texts:

• There are also many formats to add texts in different styles, in

home tab, and we can also change the size of slides as well.
• If you want to edit your text then you should select the text
you are willing to edit.

• press delete button to delete the old text and add new text.

• Now you can type any thing in place of the old text.
Clip arts:
• Basically, clips art are the collection of media files like images,
videos, audios and animation files that Microsoft includes with
the power point application.
• To insert clip art on your slides, there’s an option on the menu
known as insert bar.
Clip art:

• Click on the option clip art on insert menu bar.

• A dialogue box will pop up on your screen.

• Now click on the search bar and enter your requirements.

• After clicking on the desired picture or any thing that you

wanted to insert, you can get many other options to make it
better.
• When you will select the picture you will get further options as
pictures tools in format bar.
Clip art:

• Through this you can change picture’s styles.

• And can change picture border colors, and can create effect on
pictures like shadows etc.
• Also can change height and width of the animation or picture
you are inserting.
• Also can compress photo, reset photo, crop it and can align it.
• Can also remove backgrounds, and can also perform
corrections.
Inserting and Deleting Slides:
• Inserting and deleting of slides is occurs by the right click on
any slide.
• If you will right click on any of your slide, a dialogue box or a
box with many option will pop up.
Inserting and deleting of slides:

• By right clicking we got different options, we can both delete

and insert slide by this method.
