Request to Sales Team:

Tests price needs to be updated with testing expenses (minimum value to be fixed)

For report delivery date before committing with customer kindly confirm with respective department for
unknown tests

Retest need to be charged to avoid loss & misuse of the option

Request to Sampling Cell:

Test parameters and Sample details need to mentioned clearly in Job card (example: soil deleterious
content)

For concrete Sulphate & Chloride Test needs cement content, which is to be mentioned in job card itself

All Samples except Water& Admixture only Received without delay.

Report delivery cover to kept safe and neatly.

Request to Testing Team:

Consumable need to be used properly (if possible, reuse)

Test to be performed as per the standard method only

All the Equipment/Testing Accessories to be maintained properly (cleaning, calibration, Service)

Do the Test with interest and sincerity

For failed samples do the retest before submitting results.

Do the Test neat & clean, the test area and testing equipment to be cleaned immediately after the
completion of test.
