    Architect (Designation) in  VOZIQ India Pvt Ltd (Company Name), do hereby declare that

    the information furnished by me is true & correct and I do hereby undertake to Indemnify the

    Company for any Loss/ Liability that might arise to the Company in the event the information

    & supporting documents submitted by me are found to be false or incorrect.

    I further agree that the Company has the right to deduct/recover the loss / liability if any,

    incurred/to be incurred by the Company in this regard from my Salary and associated

    benefits due to me.
